  1. The term "East Coast City" was coined to define the resolute alliance between all East Coast Crip sets. Today, they are one of the largest African-American street gang located on the East Side of Los Santos. The 6-Pacc Alliance is comprised of four notorious East Coast Crip gangs: 62 (6-Deuce), 66 (6-Six), 68 (6-Eight) and 69 (6-Nine). The neighborhood stretches across Fudge Lane, Amarillo Vista and El Rancho Boulevard. Although some sub-sets of the Neighborhood (2x) umbrella are embroiled in bitter feuds with some Gangster Crip (3x) sets, some of them are known for going against the grain, by forming alliances with each other. The alliance between the East Coast Crips and Gangster Crips is referred to as the "Movin' Coast to Coast" alliance. This partnership was founded on the two gangs' hatred towards the Hoover Criminal Gangs, who at the time was considered to be the most reputable street gangs at the time. Notable gangs that fall under this alliance consist of all the East Coast Crip sets (1st - 1200 Blocc) and both 42 (4-Deuce), 43 (4-Tray) and 48 (4-Eight) Gangster Crips. Death Lane Crips The 69 East Coast Neighborhood Crips (also known as 6-Nine East Coast Crips, Death Lane Crips or Shacc Boyz) are a singular part of the larger East Coast Neighborhood Crip gang, stemming from the 1st Street to 1200 Blocc. They are part of the 6-Pacc alliance, which consists of multiple other East Coast Crip gangs in the 60th to the 69th street area. Notable others include the 62 East Coast Crips, 66 East Coast Crips and the 68 East Coast Crips. The younger generation of the 69 East Coast Neighborhood Crips have been described to be one of the most reckless, ruthless and violent groups in El Burro Heights. It's rumoured that these individuals involve themselves in several blue-collar crimes, such as: Murder, Assault, Battery and Theft (such as shoplifting). The 6-Pacc East Coast Crips are currently embroiled in a bitter feud with the Florencia 13 gang, one of the largest Hispanic gangs on Roy Lowenstein. This war has inevitably sparked explosive tension between Blacks and Hispanics in the area. Although there has been a truce between the two gangs in the past, the present generation of both gangs have tended to not care about the treaty, by going back and forth with each other on social media. No incidents have occured as of yet. The East Coast Crips are also currently rivals of all Hoover Criminal Gangs, 52 Broadway Gangster Crips, 53 Avalon Gangster Crips and Family Swan Bloods. El Burro Heights (Death Lane) and Project T.O.U.G.H The 69 East Coast Crip neighborhood stretches from Fudge Lane to El Rancho Boulevard, also known as Death Lane. The term "Death Lane" refers to the many casualties attributed to gang violence on Fudge Lane. In a two-year span, from 2002 to 2004, thirteen people (including two children) have died to gang-related violence alone. The district of El Burro Heights is experiencing a worsening state of gang violence in the recent years alone. It is plagued with homicide, gang violence and drug abuse. Beside the crimes, there is a brewing racial tension in the area. According to the Los Santos Police Department, several houses and apartments on Death Lane, were headquarters for the 69th Street East Coast Crips. This lead to the mass eviction of families in the area by city officials through the Project T.O.U.G.H (Taking Out Urban Gang Headquarters) movement in 2004. These apartments have been demolished as a result. Although the area is considered to be predominantly Hispanic, the younger generation of the 69 East Coast Crips have continued to situate themselves on Fudge Lane, leading to racial tension in the area. In the recent few years, the East Coast Crips have had troubles with the law on several occasions, leading to a number of affiliated (roughly around 20) members being sentenced under the RICO Act and Narcotics Offenses. Howard "DIRTY-BLUEE" Bassett, 40, of the 69 East Coast Neighborhood Crips pleaded guilty to numerous Racketeering charges, Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. As a result, he was sentenced to a maximum sentence of 35 years in federal prison. 15 other East Coast Crip members and associates have pleaded guilty, with most of them admitting to being part of the RICO conspiracy. This is part of a dozen indictments brought by federal grand juries following investigations by the FIB in to the criminal activities of Blood and Crip gangs that claim the territory in Los Santos. Similarly for El Burro Heights, it's one of the first indictments which followed after the introduction of Project T.O.U.G.H in 2004. On the 20th of January 2017, around 4:24AM, Scottie Bassett was pulled over by an unnamed LSPD Officer as he was making his way to a narcotics exchange. During the traffic stop, Bassett possessed a quarter-pound of cocaine in the back seat, and a firearm in the glovebox compartment. He was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and possession of an illegal firearm, along with the intent to distribute. He was sentenced to a maximum of 5 years in prison. Scottie has since been recently been released from prison, and has been seen around 69th Street with a group of younger males and females, dubbed as the "6900 Death Lane" clique. It is rumoured that these individuals mimic the gang's violent nature, by indulging in the same blue-collar crimes, like Murder, Battery & Assault and Felony. Graveyard Insane Avenue Crips vs. 69 East Coast Neighborhood Crips Jay's Fight Against Death (02/13/2022) Jaymoreia "Jay" Brown is a teenager from Fudge Lane (Also known as Death Lane to the East Coast Crips and other affiliates), also the little brother of Jamila "Lady Shacc#5" Brown. He was considered to be a frequent hangaround, and well known, respected member of the community. He was introduced to the gang through his big sister Jamila, and from there and then, he was involved in many rackets involving the 6900 Death Lane clique, including robbery and theft mostly. Jay was on his way to being a credible member of the set through the violent lifestyle, even dropping out of school due to his poor behaviour, which was inherited through him constantly hanging around gang-affiliated members. Before being in an induced coma, not much media spotlight was shed on Jay's affiliation with the gang. Although, he was seen once on various social media platforms used by East Coast Crip gang members, where he ran the fade with a S/S Playboys 13 hangaround for claiming "Neighborhood Killer". Unfortunately, around 2:15am on the 13th of February, a car which collided with a fence, eventually rolling on to an embankment left three Los Santos teenagers injured around the El Burro Highway entry. Jaymoreia Brown was confirmed to be one of the three occupants in the car. Whilst the driver is expected to make a full recovery, the invidual in the back seat, including Jaymoreia is placed on life support, fighting for his life. Jaymoreia being in a coma has been a tough pill to swallow for his friends and family. Although the situation isn't looking promising, he has brought his loved ones closer to the gang, as they organise charities for his medical bills and keep him in his prayers.
