I don't have the greatest computer but I don't think this is really an issue, getting rid of cars after an hour would make the city feel less alive as there are no NPCs. Examples are like outside of bars and clubs where people spend more than an hour inside.

Learned about the server through FiveM text-roleplay, after just 1 day in the GTA:W, I can confidently say I've had way more fun in here day 1 then any other server I've been apart of.
