You can't get GTA RP on Xbox. You can play it only on a PC. The best thing I can say is to look up people on YouTube or something willing to roleplay things out on XBOX in the game to fulfill your RP dreams.

Honestly, you're banned it can be either your IP or your HWID matches a banned account. A lot of people have this same problem and are banned. Contact an admin about it and send them your UCP name so they can check out your account.
