Agreed, it doesn't even need to be a 10m limit like current LS-RP or even a savings system. Just a simple 0.1% interest rate in banked money, which would serve as a counter to taxes. Having taxes and not interest is kind of counteractive. You could even have the interest kick in at 800k assets, when you stop getting a paycheck.

This for sure. Don't make it buyable at all. Should be only for people who have an IC reason to have one, and they would have it available through their faction garage for special circumstances only.

This would be cool, from personal experience it came in handy on previous servers all the time. I am definitely all for this.

Yeah, in previous servers, the animation/screen effects were so obnoxious people would just force crash right after taking the drugs to negate the effects. I am all for this suggestion IF and only IF the effects aren't ridiculous.
