  1. You can still load addon mods into 1.1 servers, no need for encryption even, tried it already.. Just instead of placing them inside a dlcpacks folder you just straight up put the folder with the dlc.rpf inside of the main server folder, works.. No need for encrypting anything and even if encryption was a must, just use a local server to encrypt it and then use that file.. But there's no need.
  2. You don't even need a mod loader, you can simply create a text file in the main Rage-MP folder named 'dont-remove-expired-clientside-packages.txt' and it won't delete your mods anymore, works the same way as before, works regardless if it's a 0.3.7 server or 1.1.
  3. Because the game has updated multiple times and you're using an old NVR version probably? I haven't bothered patching NVR to the new version since I do not use it, however if you really want to overhaul your graphics I'll link a custom Redux that is patched currently to the 1.50 version of the game. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x9t3D2IrxLpv9fbrKzeCT26wTN1-p-T2
  4. That's for creation of addons, basically modding without actually changing any files in the game, unfortunately with visual enhancers like NVR/Redux/Visual V it's a bit more complicated and I don't really know how to make them as an addon format, so the only way being by replacing the actual game files, works just fine for steam, just not for the social club version of the game as it appears to just re-verify and download the original files, addons will always work regardless of what game version is being used, since they do not alter any game files.
  5. Nah'.. If it keeps updating the game that's because it's the social club version and not steam, so not a clue on how to bypass that since I do not own that version of the game, methods have been posted above, seems to work for some.. not for others.
  6. I do believe that some mods do require you to create the proper path on the dlc.rpf, but I'll give the mod a shot whenever I get time and update you here.
  7. I'm still using Redux just fine on my end.
  8. They should.. be compatible with the new update released earlier today but let me know of any issues.
  9. All visual enhancers have been patched to the new GTA V version, Redux, NVR, Visual V. You can find them here, make sure to download from the 'Current' folder and not 'Old' - Here. Preview of all three only at night time for future reference: Visual V Natural Vision Remastered Redux Redux is currently being uploaded.
  10. Taking a look at the files of that first mod I can tell you that it most likely works, that seems to however just change the normal ped skins. but the process should be the exact same as shown above.
  11. Redux/NVR/Visual V all can be used as a backup afaik, just make sure to also backup the .exe files, but once Rage-MP updates to the new version of GTA V yes, they will break, I'll need to patch them to the new version, which won't take long at all.

  13. Never personally tried it, but it's basically just a re-texture so it should work as long as you have access/are able to preview the model you just re-textured.
  14. Really depends on the current server weather, but I do recommend giving Redux a shot.
  15. Download them individually then? Why you downloading entire folders, just pick what you want and individually download.
  16. Never tested it myself, but it is supposed to, mostly just for really low-end PCs, combination of two mods, removes garbage and trash objects on sidewalks and such for example, as well as certain objects are not as rendered from such long distances, but overall it should help with frames yes, this modifies the same files as NVR/Redux do for example, so you can't really combine them. But once again if you're on social club version and not steam, the launcher might patch the files since it modifies directly on the game root directory.
  17. This has been a highly requested tutorial, keep in mind this is only for the creation of add-on mods, these do not change direct game files, they are simply dragged to the 'dlcpacks' folder of the server on your Rage-MP directory, mostly for re-texture mods. Tools required: OpenIV, download here; ArchiveFix, download here; Base add-on files, down here; The mod itself, I used this one as a test example: Mod. I recommend creating a new folder where you'll be working on the following steps, once everything is downloaded and ready. Keep in mind: The base files provided for the add-on creation will only work for textures, for such things as vehicle models or weapon models, you'll need other base files as they will not use textures.rpf most likely, take a look here and download according to your needs or the all-in-one package, the process however is the same as shown, this will work also for the so blessed nipple mods everyone keeps asking me over and over for another variant, you can now do it yourself and stop asking, since they're basically textures. 1 - Extract the mod to a working directory for easy management and move the dlc.rpf from the base add-on files to a new location and open it with OpenIV so you can start the process. 2 - With OpenIV open the dlc.rpf and navigate to the textures.rpf, this is where you'll drag all files, don't forget to enable edit mode on top. 3 - Drag the texture files inside now, once done go back and drag the textures.rpf out of OpenIV, then proceed to delete it from OpenIV. 4 - You should now have the textures.rpf file at the directory, just drag it on top of the ArchiveFix.exe, you should get a command line output that the file was encrypted. 5.1 - Now re-add the textures.rpf file back to the OpenIV inside the dlc.rpf we were working on once it's encrypted just drag it back inside the x64 directory. 5.2 - Go all the way back to the root of the dlc.rpf in OpenIV, you'll need to edit both the .xml files inside. 6 - Change accordingly to what you're going to name the folder where the dlc.rpf will be stored, can be anything, don't forget to hit 'save' once you're done. 7 - Disable edit mode once you're done, and drag the dlc.rpf on top of the ArchiveFix.exe just the same way you did with the textures.rpf. 8 - Create the folder according to what you named the mod on the .xml files, drag the dlc.rpf inside, and you're done, just drag the folder to the dlcpacks of the server you wish to connect.

    FPS dropping

I had a ton of frame drops not just in GTA V back in the day but in other games, and I was using a GTX 1070, it all went away once I upgraded my RAM from 8GB to 16GB, which in my opinion might be your problem, either that or you're overheating, your rig is perfectly capable of handling the game on a high preset.
  19. Modified .RPF files modified by you, all you need to do is drag the file on top of ArchiveFix.exe, you'll get a message that the file was encrypted, if you happen to modify an .rpf file inside of a main .rpf file, that one must be extracted and also dragged to the ArchiveFix.exe, then you re-add it inside of the .RPF file and do the same to it, I'll work on a guide later on, hopefully might help and clear some doubts. Of course, any game textures can be changed, and you can do the textures yourself as long as you know where those textures are located.
  20. For Redux I only included SweetFX, not ENB.. So you probably have extra files from an old ENB you had installed. Look for these files and remove them, keep only the SweetFX. If everything works fine you can then re-consider trying to add an ENB on top, but that's all personal preference.
  21. What graphic enhancer are you using currently with it? Hmm, I never personally had that issue, it shouldn't happen.. Try to press Windows Key + Print Screen, it should auto save the screenshot to your pictures folder on windows, see if it still happens.
