They get the max in entry fees, like $50k, have to pay for security, tons of dealers/bartenders, and ofc support the blackjack somehow, which isn't always profitable especially at the wide ranges. Do they make a lot? Sure they can, but it costs a lot to open and on a night where they dont win BJ they can lose hundreds of thousands. Entry fees are soooo negligible compared to what you theoretically can win... keep entry fees and poker fees, if you don't like it... go gamble elsewhere at your own legal expense. As for the "real life" argument, there are many things that Casinos don't do right now that they do IRL, for example, rake. Poker tables make $0 for the casino unless they charge another table fee. People walk out with millions more than they walked in with and casinos don't get any portion of that, which, honestly, would cover for entry fees and blackjack losses.
