  1. Greetings Working people of Los Santos and the San Andreas area!

We, the League of Communists are reaching out to you to join us in our struggle for the rights of the working class!

    Who are we?

The LCLS is a small Citizen's movement with a goal to establish a standing Communist Party which will take part in Municipality level, City and State-Wide policymaking to make the world a better place for everyone, but most importantly, those who through their everyday engagement make a vital part of this country's society.

    What are our goals?

The LCLS has no programme whatsoever as it is a citizen's movement. However , we, as Communists, absolutely support the following:

    • Fair Wage & Working hours.
    • Rights to a warm meal & transportation bonus for employees.
    • Rights to free and/or affordable healthcare.
    • Rectification of gender/sex inequalities.
    • Combat against organized crime, prostitution and drugs.
    • Combat against corruption and irresponsible capitalists.

    How can I apply?

Send an e-mail to [email protected]

    Or comment on this thread.

    - Dr. Vivian Reynolds, LCLS.

  2. One of my characters was setting up a business deal with another character a few weeks ago. All I can remember is that the other char was Irish American.

For some reason I can't find their number in the call history and I can't recall the character's name fully as I had other stuff IRL.

But my character would HAVE to remember him because it was an important deal. (unlikely that she'd just forget).

    How do I proceed further?

  3. Detailed Description

The current look of /startshipment screen for truckers is extremely cluttered. I have to find manually where to go. The shipments aren't sorted in any special order (distance, alphabetical) but rather by some order I'm personally not aware of. (Maybe it's FCFS, who knows).

    Relevant Commands/Items

The screen needs to get a search bar similar to the one in /ads, and/or an option to sort the shipments by alphabetic order or distance.

How will it benefit the server?

It will make the trucking job better.

  5. Detailed description:

I would like there to be an option to restore beater cars (for mechanics) to their original versions. Includes things like the beater tornado, beater emperor, beater journey etc.

This can only be done at a mechanic workshop with proper roleplay.

    Relevant commands:

Add it to the menu in workshops.

How would it benefit the server:

Just think of the car restoration community in real life! Wouldn't it be cool to do this as well in game?

  6. NOTE: BEFORE YOU READ THIS, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST TO ADD MORE SLOTS FOR NON-DONATOR PLAYERS.

    Detailed description:

NOTE: ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES FROM THE STANDARD FORMAT ARE NOT SHOWN BUT ARE INCLUDED IN TEXT ("How will it benefit the server", "Relevant Commands").

I would like to see a system where someone could save outfits (or maybe certain clothes pieces) in their own property and/or car inventory.

The reason behind this is simple, it's unrealistic having to buy the same clothes all over again to make a new outfit with , for example winter/summer periods or when uniforms are made with little changes to different types of uniforms.

There are two ideas, one "expensive" scriptwise, and one "cheap" scriptwise:

    1. The player should be able to buy clothes as items , not specific outfits. This means when you buy a pair of shoes, it appears in your inventory as for example:

*WORN* (if worn) CLOTHESPIECE_NAME [VARIANT] - example: *WORN* High heels [1]. The player will basically have these clothes available to make outfit combos similar to how the clothes shop system works, but only with the clothes they have in their posession. This could also open second-hand clothes markets and other similar stuff. The potential flaws of this is being complicated to implement. The slot system will not be removed, as a mean of quick access and will still have donator benefits! The players still won't be able to switch their clothes and slots without visiting their property. This just saves them from re-buying the same clothes over & over again.

    2. This idea relies on simplicity to code. The player can put and take outfits in and from their property/car.

This does not mean gaining more slots, just saving and loading slots into a property.

For example. A player will have a default wardrobe space (20 slots maybe, like the clothing slots ingame, or less).

    There will be three commands.

/saveoutfit [slot] [slot] - puts the players outfit into the wardrobe on the available slot. Throws error if slot is not available. The player's outfit on that slot now becomes the default blank pattern one.

/loadoutfit [slot] [slot] - loads the outfit from the wardrobe slot onto the quick access slot.

/swapoutfit [slot] [slot] - swaps the outfits between the wardrobe & quick access slot.

This wardrobe system is also not a means of extending the player's quick access slots without donation as these slots, when in storage, cannot be accessed when changing clothes. They will have to be /loadoutfit or /swapoutfit'ed in order to be accessible. This is in no means different than players writing down their clothes ID's and then re-buying them, but again, saves them from re-buying the same clothes which is not realistic.

  7. Description:

There was a discussion thread regarding donator and paywall things. While it's locked and I've only seen it recently, I came to an idea - there are many ways to support the server (and many limitations to the server as well). This suggestion is regarding character slots. Everybody gets 3 standard slots + 1 jail character slot.

    Relevant concepts:

My idea is to liberate the addition of character slots and leave the donations as a way of getting instant new character slots and as many as you want.

However, I had an idea to reward active players by giving them a slot for every 3 months (or sensible period server leadership would agree to) spent online.

Donators will still be able to buy slots with WP, but wouldn't have to wait for the activity period to complete, and could get as many as they need, while players would only get 1 slot per period.

How will it benefit the server?

Active roleplayers are a backbone of any RP community, and many players would greet this decision as a generally good way of rewarding active players.

It's interesting that there are many measures to punish inactivity but there weren't any to reward activity, this could be one.

This will also increase the variety in RP, and the world would seem more populated, and the economy would be more used.

There are bad things, like  hardware limitations and possible abuse, but I think they are minor comparing to the popularity boost the server will receive.

  8. I ran into a problem recently where members of the FLD denied my payment due to me doing it over the FLEECA site instead of through /transfer.

This shouldn't be a problem as the FLEECA site is managed by GTA:W and is a GTA:W service, why be forced to do the payment ingame?!

Ingame screenshots can be forged as well as screenshots of the FLEECA site.
