    Hi, player behind Damian Lawless here.

     

    I'm going to be blatant here and ask why you think you /couldn't/ be killed based off of race alone by a faction like the Aryan Brotherhood/White Car. Racial segregation is still enforced heavily in California state prisons/jails IRL and because of that it's enforced in game in the San Andreas State Penitentiary too.

     

    Your character, Montez Brown, disrespected my character during commissary earlier that day, which led to a fight between my character and yours. Not only that, but when asked to request a cell transfer by Liam Wallace, you RP'd spitting on him/near him. Following that, during yard time, the black inmates invaded the white inmates' section on the yard.

     

    Jason Carmichael, who leads the White Car and represents the Aryan Brotherhood in-game, was made aware of all of this by one way or the other. I informed him of Montez disrespecting me IC, Liam Wallace informed him about the spitting. Jason Carmichael was there when the black inmates invaded the white inmates' section.

    When your character lands in prison, he automatically aligns with one of the four car. Your character sat at the black car's table, programmed with the black car.  Black inmates align with the black car, Hispanic inmates align with the Mexican Mafia/Southsiders, so on and so forth. This was a targeted strike at the black car, and I was just following orders given to me by Jason Carmichael.

    There were three guards on at all times. During the cell fight between Damian and Montez, during the spitting on Liam Wallace, during yard, after yard, during the verbal exchanges and fights, and during the murder of Montez Brown.

     

    I unfortunately have no logs of the events that unfolded that night because my game was acting up against me.

     

    It sounds like you just got mad because you got killed. It's not really that deep; you can just move on with it. It's not like you got CK'd for it.
