I have, and that is going to be looked into as well, however that does not mean that it would retroactively void your situation and you can't be given a refund based on what ifs.
The player did break the rules and get banned, it can be frustrating however sometimes you do get these losses, as I said we don't go ahead and retroactively undo everything prior. Unless you have anything further to add regarding the specific robbery, those will remain as they are.

The rule requires that you don't use your own vehicles to do such, such as driving up to someone and hopping out. It does not prevent someone getting into your own vehicle to do so.

@Lichy I spoke with the admin involved and the robbery itself wasn't voided. The reason for his ban was not connected to the robberies.
There is no serious proof here that he broke the rules with your robbery, and people being banned does not retroactively retcon it. Do you have any specific proof or reason why the robbery with yours was against the rules? Being AFK in public carries some risks, especially as you carried on with it and the RP passed.

@Poasty You entered that interior only a few minutes prior to exiting. You left the interior at the least just after pulling your weapon, which prompted the /ame that you were reaching for a weapon and your character's animation had the hand behind the back.
It may not have been intentional for you to do that, however on the Sheriff's side they saw you with your hand behind your back reaching with the /ame which provides that on their side it was at the least a legitimate shooting and no wrong doing with the rules took place there.
Would you be able to provide an extended clip of your video prior to where this one starts? You may PM it to me if you wish it to be private. The time you put away the weapon is important. I conducted some testing and viewing someone leaving a property does not show the animation, however yours did indicating that you likely put the weapon away upon seeing the Sheriff.

@Lichy Could you put a bit more detail into the part you lost your weapon/gun and how it was involved with this scene? The reported party was already punished for this so it is just a matter of a refund request if suitable.

I'm not commenting on the price of the vehicle, just a lot of people are not aware the new dukes contains the beater version and fixed panels + some extra bits you can't get on the regular dukes.

It contains all the modifications for fixed/broken panels plus also some more customization the regular dukes doesn't get. It's just a better version overall.

After looking through and investigating the report, @order I will give you a warning about farming with macros in according to Rule 7. In addition to this, the place of where your character was fishing under the pier makes no sense for RP and it seems clear you were just intending to AFK farm there.
While I find no evidence of this going on for a long time, should you do it again further action may be taken which includes removal of any assets gained during the AFK farming. Fishing in the future please ensure you are present and not breaking rule 7.
