I agree with this, I too want to roleplay a commercial fisherman, but with a tugboat, dinghy and a rusty rebel truck and a cheap apartment I am nearly at the 400k asset cap. The long term goal would be to sell the apartment and get a place in the country side, this however wold be impossible to do as the properties in the countryside is super expensive. It would be impossible to earn and save up enough capital to do this with the current system.
