As I tried to join on the server today it actually did let me get into the server. So I assume PC restarts can help sometimes. Thanks for the answer, they were helpful.

Hello. I've got a problem with the game, especially with the GTAW. In brief the problem is when I'm trying to run the server it shows me "Validating server assets" at the loading screen (I'll place a pic of it) on the bottom right and then the game just shuts itself down. After reinstalling the RageMP the problem got solved, but this is the first time it didn't changed at all. At this point I have no clue about it. If anyone of you got something to solve this problem I'd be thankful.
