    Fernando grew up in Alta Place mainly around the criminals and gangbangers of Most Hated 18th Street Gangsters, being exposed from a young age to a lot of crime. His dad immigrated tounknown.png?width=1266&height=676 America at the age of 2 when he got older he started to become a drug dealer and Fernando saw multiple people coming to the house to buy drugs on a regular basis, becoming something normal to him. Until the age of 14 his mother was very focused on giving her son a better life than gang-banging and drug dealing but she didn't know that their life soon will change. As Fernando turned 15, his dad had a stroke, leaving him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. As his dad couldn't work anymore, his mom started to go under, as the bills kept stacking and a normal life grew further and further apart. Fernando started noticing a lot of changes in his house as some of the household items started disappearing. He decided to confront his mom about the issue as he walks into her room, he catches her injecting Heroin into her vein. From that day on Fernando realized that he is alone in this world and that he has to do whatever he can to support himself, starting to sell snacks at school and doing small drug deals after, starting to make some money and some connections. Fernando decided to start interacting with the 18th Street clique in his neighborhood, starting to get closer and closer to the gang with the intention of getting put on in order for him to grow his business to bigger scales. Alongside that he kept selling packs as he kept getting connects for better prices and better strains, stacking more and more money up.

    • Stoner ( smokes most of the day, at least twice every day. very nonchalant when high. Because of them being around weed a lot, they may sell a few bags here and re-up and smoke some more weed. )

    • Trapstar ( focuses on the sale of illegal narcotics, probably knows someone who they can get drugs from for cheap, and distributes the drugs to smaller dealers or customers. )

    • Robber ( breaking into homes or robbing others at gunpoint. You can recruit others to help you with your schemes, or do these missions solo. The items are probably sold online, or to others in the neighborhood or elsewhere. )

    • Tattoo Artist ( this character knows how to do tattoos or is starting to learn how to do them, he/she could work in a shop, or work out of their home. They schedule appointments and find clients. This could lead them to eventually running their own tattoo business in the future. )

    I agree we should have left earlier, but my character felt safe inside the car as I knew we are in good terms with 43's , didn t expect them to shoot over some words and escalate this so poorly. And as for my part, we only reaponded to their insults, not mocking them out of nowhere.

    Because it's there..? Why would I ask if its a furniture you would expect it to be a item, when I add items in my property it's in my property inv. I am no longer going to respond until a admin now asks.

    Second camera was seen around the leaving time, it was when Mask_8B5C5_18 took the bleach.

    "* Mask_7A398_22 notices the second camera walking over to it smashing it with the flashlight."
    That's all I got for the cameras being broken.

    I am going to say this once and this would be the last response I am sending unless it's asked by an admin, simply waiting for him to take care of the situation. The report is not for your faction, is strictly because you broke the rules of DM, poor portraying and poor escalating a situation that shouldn't have been roleplayed with this mentality.

    That's not my business, I don't care if you are 8 or 110 deep, you said it yourself that they was in a cooldown. We are not any part of your war and never was, we simply tried to roleplay with you guys expecting at least a decent interaction, not a straight up DM ring. If you are in a war with any race (hispanic,black etc) does not give you the reason to shoot everyone of that race just because you are "skeptical" with basically no reason, it was clearly poor escalated.

    I hate to be the one that tells you that but you are more than likely thinking we are somebody else. Our faction started April 11, not May 7. And they do know eachother as provided in the screens below. I can't really provide chatlogs because it was a long time ago but I am sure that the admin can check if needed, but one of the big homies that interacted with y'all posted it on the thread, and let us know IC'ly we are in good terms with y'all.

    We said we came down there "having business with ANOTHER FACTION" , not with you. We simply passed by your hood, saw y'all posted and as we knew we are in good terms we stopped by to check on you guys, not provoking either threatening you guys in any way. If you consider a threat for us talking to one of y'all girls that's clearly speaking by itself, and the fact that you still have no clue what is going on speaks for itself either. Screens posted on the thread a while go, while your members came to us trying to find help killing another faction. They came down to Vespucci trying to get us kill some other faction, then we made some deals with it. Nothing was out of the box, if you are not informed that's your problem and this is the consequence of you poorly escalating a situation without even knowing who you are talking with in character, after all they did was talking to a random girl.

    for words like that, we didn't threaten you guys with anything, we were arguing and you all decided to air the car out just because - Clearly poorly escalated  from my point of view, to shoot over insults with a random kid.

First of all, y'all came to us while ago to buy things from us, we came down there in good terms and you decided to get rude, so of course we wouldn't take that as we are kids and get heated up quicker, we just argued back with y'all.

    Again thats because they was quite rude first, it wasn't only Nkosi saying that first it was also other things before that. And you can't shoot someone for "thinking" we are from another gang because for 1 we had no rags or affiliated tats. That is nowhere near enough IC reason to shoot 3 people, then you tried to loot after being shot and after an active shootout scene, kick a dead body and say "Bitch ass niggas." without roleplayin any remorse/fear.

    Again irl no gangbanger would be in "multiple shoot-outs" and not have some kind of remorse that he killed multiple people, the fact that you are a gangbanger that have been in multiple shootouts does not give you the reasoning to DM random people with no reason behind, that's simply terrorism rp if you kill random people just because you have been involved in multiple shootouts and have no remorse.

    Wasn't provoking as I stated above, we came there because of other business with another faction (not trying to MG anything in here), and stopped by your hood as we knew our older members are in good terms with y'all, because Y'ALL was the first coming in Vespucci trying to buy things from us.

    Wasn't provoking as I stated above, we came to see what's good, Jose spoke to the girl, someone started to be rude to us and we exchanged the favour with no threatening or a reason to KILL 3 PEOPLE, and they DM'ed us for basically talking to a girl.

    Date of incident: 13/06/21

    Rules broken: 2, 4, poor escalation and poor portrayal.

    Your ingame name: Diontray Warren

    Names of witnesses (if applicable): Jose Chavez and Taevion Murray

    Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): We was driving around Davis and decided to speak with a few people, we started speaking with a few members from South Side Four Tray Crips (only found out the faction after asking a member) and then the group got bigger, 1 of them decided to get rude to us saying we are as pale as a ginger icly, we responded to it so on, later on came Zahair and questioned where we are from and I responded with "None yo fuckin' bidness." as shown in the clip below, then he decided to tell us in a aggressive way to get out of here and I responded with "Ya'll mark asses are lame." thats when he pulled his gun and shot us all over words, fair enough kick my car or try get us out to beat us or something but the fact he shot got this report here, in my eyes that is poor escalation, poor portrayal and deathmatching. Then around 30 seconds after the shooting Sophia attempted to loot Taevion's gun which is where powergaming comes in, "Looting characters after a shootout in a public space." and "Looting characters before tending to injuries sustained." I checked Sophia's damages and didn't see anything but in the clip you can see she was shot once or twice I have no idea how it disappeared but shown in the clip she was shot. Zahair also decided to kick the dead body after killing them and say "Bitch ass niggas." wouldn't you be scared about the cops coming? or even have remorse after killing someone? you ain't no serial killer you should be fearing for you life and not wanting to get caught by the police and catching 3 bodies.
