    I think you should be able to apologize and pull the nice guy act in order to get out blatantly breaking the rules and blaming it on your "adrenaline" ... if your adrenaline makes you do stupid rule breaking things, then you shouldn't be on this server dude. It's as simple as that.

     

    Other members with us had guns also, so the outcome would have been up for grabs had you roleplayed correctly. As you can see your friend wasn't shooting until you powergamed and started shooting, at which point he joined in.

     

    I gave you a chance to re-rp and yes you did in fact stall the roleplay until everyone had logged off.

     

    This is not good roleplay dude. We gave you the opportunity to roleplay with /me's and we were being fair to you rather than just beating you up through script means and death screening you, and what do we get in return? Death matched.

     

    Not to mention, shooting people in a fist fight? Ridiculous, fight back. You called your buddies to back you up right? That would have levelled the playing field. The end conclusion is that you were trigger happy and unwilling to take a loss. That is not how you roleplay.

     

    I want this guys gun and a punishment handed out, otherwise we lost a lot during this situation and he get's away without any problems.

    Rules broken: Powergaming, P2W Situation.

    Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): 

     

    Fairly straight forward as I have a video of the entire situation. We were involved in an altercation with Poghos. Martin and I tried to beat him up and were roleplaying this to the fullest. We decided not to use the script as it's too buggy and instead provide some roleplay and give Poghos the chance to roleplay and defend himself.

     

    Except his idea of defending himself to complete ignore the fact he was put in a choke hold and being kicked in the groin. The dude did absolutely nothing to roleplay his way out of the situation other than a silly /me that he runs away. He immediately takes out his gun and starts shooting at everyone. 

     

    I asked him to come back and roleplay to which he stalled for almost half an hour and everyone in the scene had logged off. Then agreed to it afterwards knowingly. 

     

    Once this guy was beaten up, we would have taken his possessions including his gun, which is the reason I think he started shooting. I would like Poghos' gun and for a punishment to be handed out. Thank you. @effion
