Aaron Lau here, I'm going to break down the accusations and provide context for the reporting party.
- 4. Deathmatching
Michael Koczo decided to involve himself in a ridiculous, yet minor, conflict with a group called "Juggalos". For reasons unknown he wanted to participate and was subsequently killed for his involvement.
The Juggalo group in question had consistently 'whacked out' our faction's hit ups in our main area of operation, while consistently picking off on members of Decker-Side 23 with melee weapons e.i; bats, hammers, knives etc. So inconclusion; rather than minding his own business, Michael Koczo involved himself in the brawl that could have resulted in loss of life.

This is a baseless accusation purely based on the fact that you were killed in the area of which Decker-Side 23 operates and lays claim to. The section of Vespucci Boulevard that cuts through Little Seoul is a quiet one at best, just because the road is big necessarily doesn't mean it's busy. Not to mention my character Aaron Lau immediately escaped inside to an apartment complex approximately five steps away from the scene of the murder and was never found.
I find this accusation ironic considering Michael himself came to the area where he assumed we'd be, fearlessly alone. You came to what you assumed was our 'hood' and even reminded us of what you did the night before. Why would you think it's appropriate to do this and not expect your actions to have consequences? It is quite literally lack of fear from your end.

Decker-Side (DS-23) is a fictional Wah Ching set within the stomping grounds of Little Seoul, claiming an expansive turf from Decker Street to Ginger Street. Recruitment is fully done In Character, and encourage in joining having knowledge in how to RP around the culture, though we are committed to help prospective members.
Aspiring characters should be working-class youth in their teenage years (no older than 16) who reside in or around Little Seoul of Chinese or Vietnamese though we accept other South East Asian ethnicities (Filipino, Cambodian, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Passive RP is promoted in the essence of character development & portrayal and urge you focus on them. Expecting to be spoonfed will lead to a short tenure. We are an invite only faction—contact leadership to become involved.

The API Connection
This faction aims to accurately portray the development and survival capabilities of minority races inside the Criminal Justice System in Los Santos County. Primarily Asian and Pacific Islanders, although many fall under the "Others" category. Though not at the same level as the other racially aligned groups inside of the system, they push through their minority status with willpower, discipline, and little compassion for failure.
