  1. We didn't want to respond to this report, but since Snoot is attempting to make us appear bad by alleging that we are breaching rules and do not intend to roleplay correctly, we decided to do so to ensure that we are all on the same page.

To start off, the shooting was never a rash decision made after the pressing at the bowl, but rather caused by a build-up of events, pretty much starting from the day that STKABZ was opened.

Dogtown White Boys first interaction with your unofficial group goes back to the 26th of September, which is also the same day that you first posted the thread for Shoot To Kill Asian Boyz Crips.

    Image proof:

In this interaction, three of your members began to press F.A.I.M member Alan Kelly, until the Dogtown White Boys returned to the street. While at fist DWB responded negatively towards STKABZ, the situation was calmed down by DWB's David Webber and STKABZ were given the blessing to continue claiming that turf as long as they didn't continue to harass the local white boys. They were also offered access to Weapon Specialist services from DWB.

From this day, STKABZ leader William Zhou would do business with my character, Michael Turner, who currently leads DWB and was second in command at the time. Mostly selling them drugs and sometimes guns, DWB even armed STKABZ in their brief war with the Krazy Miller Boyz unofficial group at one stage. This seemed like quite a fair relationship between the two gangs, something that we was happy to see from an unofficial group in the area our faction roleplays in.

However, several more negative interactions would follow regardless of the above. One, quite soon after on the 9th of October. Two of the same members from the first interaction tried to press Jeffrey Nolan and Leonard Slater, two DWB members. Again, a positive outcome was sought after by DWB, as we believed going after their entire group over the actions of members against the prior agreement would be overkill, especially since their group had only just opened. They were given another chance to improve their roleplay around the environment they have chosen to set up in.

This is the screen from the first interaction. That interaction started when Philip Tien shouted to Alan Kelly, while being in a drunken state, about not walking in the middle of the road and a few back and forths were exchanged. This, as the screen shows, caused the Dogtown members to mob down to Melanoma and start pressing the three ABZ members about this. As shown on the screen, ABZ backed down, apologized and the situation was squashed after that.

Since then, interactions with Dogtown have only been business-related until the shooting.

The interactions we’ve had with Dogtown with negative outcomes spanning the past two months, that has not been business-related, has been:

    • The above interaction upon creation of the group
    • Shooting on 19/11

    And

    • The pressing at the bowl, ending in a 1v1 fight
    • William & Michael meeting
    • The incident where Dogtown turns down the fade
    • The blockwipe

With the last four happening on the same day.

Your character was sat observing what seemed to be a gang jump-in. Sounds pretty associated enough for me.

Yes, observing. It could've been anything.

Circling the block. The block they live on. In the area that they've lived on since February 14th (as an official faction, April 7th). This isn't news to STKABZ either and I am amazed that you try to defend that scenario on this report. Since I've already written about the balcony shooting I will move onto the next point.

The circling happened several times in the span of about thirty minutes. When you see the same car circling the block over and over again, with no attempt at returning communication, anyone would be spooked. We could not see who was in the car, hence we can’t just know it was your group or the people who lived there. We saw the same car that kept going around and when we tried to ask who they were without putting ourselves in danger (by yelling from the balcony), there was no response.

We first noticed them spinning the block at [02:55:44]

[02:55:44] Mitchell Nguon says: Ay who coar is that bro?

[02:55:49] Mitchell Nguon says: Niggas is circling around.

Sonny taking action after getting no responses after several attempts at communicating.

[03:23:09] * Sonny Hao loses his calm but doesn't want to walk down. He busts a shell towards the vehicle.

It is not unreasonable to expect to be shot when you keep driving around the same block several times in the span of 30 minutes in a gang infested area, locals or not. Our group was unable to see who was in the car and was unable to recognize the car. You could’ve said something during the many times we were yelling at you to identify yourself and it all could’ve been easily avoided.

Putting aside the fact that this was not the first incident, and the fact that Cody Garrison is not part of DWB, the fact is that they once again mobbed up on an affiliate of the gang with hostile intentions, holding Isaac in place by taking a hold of his bike.

    Screenshots/Logs of the incident:

      Reveal hidden contents

As per your own logs. Cody Garrison involved himself in the situation after Dustin had let go of Isaac and was just chatting with him. The whole grabbing the bike "with hostile intentions" lasted less that 2 minutes.

[16:29:36] * Dustin Tien looks over at Isaac, he wraps a hand over the handlebar.

    -

[16:31:17] Dustin Tien says: Pshhh- this nigga a buster... you cool.

    [16:31:19] * Dustin Tien let's go.

We then get to the interaction between Michael Turner and William Zhou, where my character tried to talk it out once again, the one that is presented in Fluffs evidence.

This is the first time he mentions how he had four of his guys ready to hop out on us. Which even then, could easily be perceived as a threat.

    Quote

[21:10:12] William Zhou says: I had four niggas inna car circling dhis spot.

    [21:10:17] Michael Turner says: Right.

William Zhao was called out by Michael turner to meet alone. It would be natural to be cautious, especially when he was by himself and Michael turned up with several members.

On 11/22/2021 at 6:25 PM, Snoot said:

We went into this situation with the hope of settling this once and for all as we all agreed that they had their fair chances to improve both IC and OOC, but all we were faced with was 10+ gangbangers shouting over eachother and getting up in our face, while we were trying to explain to them that the white youngsters do not bang the way they do and that we have little regard for turf. This had never been a problem with a single gang around the area, as they generally understood that they should play by the rules when it comes to interacting with an official faction.

Another thing that stood out was the fact that they seem to be under the impression that our characters are the ones who need to stay away from the Vespucci Skate Bowl, one of our main hangout areas since day 1 of the faction, if they do not wish to be pressed.

    Quote

[21:19:59] Mitchell Nguon says: Man look, can we have a day with no drama in, cous? If you ont want your homies pressed they ont go up at the bowl my nigga. Is that simply, and once they get pressed and turned to be no issue, then it's cool. No second pressing, stop trippin.

The group of STKABZ then went on to tell our character multiple times that on Melanoma Street and around, they will have to live with getting pressed, to which my character responded in a less than friendly manner, resulting in the following dialogue:

Once your group arrived, you were offered to run a fade and simply squash the whole issue which is not an uncommon way for youngsters to end conflicts, however, instead, your character decides to become hostile because of this.

[21:23:54] Michael Turner says: Nobody here gives a fuck about your fades, and nobody gives a fuck about turf. If you got a problem with these boys moving shit at the bowl that's too bad.

Our group tried to end the situation in a somewhat peaceful manner, however, your group decided to turn down this solution in favor of a blockwipe.

No one has said anything about you guys not being able to hang out at the bowl or about being pressed where they live. In the same sentence that you quote by Mitchell, he clearly states that they’re just trying to figure out who they are, once they know, they won’t get pressed again. It was in no way or form a threat, simply him telling it’s nothing serious or deep.

    Anyone can get pressed anywhere.

This is where WIlliam Thou reiterates the fact that he had four of his men ready to hop out on our characters (which to me can only be interpreted as shooting, to kill.) After he said this, my character decided that he will not humour them any longer and waved his guys off, to once again meet up with Eric Turner and one of the groups Enforcers to talk over everything that had happend.

[21:25:25] William Zhou says: I had four niggas inna whip ready to hop out if yall niggas just /touched/ me.

Once again pointing out the fact that the ball was in your court regarding escalation.

In conclusion, on the proven screens, logs, and other evidence, STKABZ has shown several times willingness to back down from the situation as well as deescalate the situation by apologizing, trying to communicate, and offering to let the reported party’s little homie give his payback by fighting the guy who pressed him, however, several times it has then been escalated once again from the reported party’s side. Simply because your faction is official does not mean your group will not get pressed, checked, and the like, our members cannot mg knowing who is part of your group and who’s an affiliate or not, which is why they ask, hence once again quoting what Mitchell said: “Is that simply, and once they get pressed and turned to be no issue, then it's cool. No second pressing, stop trippin.”. Conflict should be roleplayed out correctly slowly increasing in conflict, there has been no fistfights, no brawls, no tagging etc. Blocking wiping should be a last resort.

I find it sad how you call our group bad rpers since we are actively rping in a completely empty hood with nearly no other gangs surrounding us in a passive manner for almost 2 months now.

This will be our only reply until an admin has questions.

  2. Date of incident: 22/11/2021

Rules broken: Common curtesey, Deathmatching & Rules of engagement

    Your ingame name: Jennie Tien

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Faith Lim, Dustin Tien, Sonny Hao, David Meak, William Zhao, Jayden Heng, Drake Chuyn, Tang Achariya & Mitchell Nguon

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): During an event in our group, my character Jennie Tien as well as several others, was shot, and some killed, by the reported party, who I have never even interacted with.

I have been told that this incident has evolved because of several incident which I have described in evidence 1.

Zack Parsons also broke the common courtesy rule by logging off before the thirty minutes mark. I also believe this is complete deathmatch as they had no regards

to who they were shooting after; I had no part in any of these interactions and had not been on all day, hence was unaware of anything going on, yet they still

targeted me and chased me as seen in evidence 2. I stood still for a moment, confused because I thought I would not be their target and would be left alone,

yet I was still chased after.

I also believe that the block wipe was excessive, considering the beef was only between their group and a handful of our members and had been poorly escalated

from a fist fight and being laughed at for dodging a 1v1 to a whole blockwipe. It could also be argued about the overuse of force, using compart rifles and the like.

I do believe the reported party will mention a shootout that happened on the 19/11-21, where they kept circling the block at least 8 times or more and did not respond to any communications, however, the members of our party involved was pked from the situation and there was an ooc agreement that this was not to escalate because of that (evidence 3)

    Evidence:

    Evidence 1

    Spoiler

First incident being Dustin Tien pressing Isaac Green at the skatepark in Vespucci, by asking if he banged or not. As there was no sign of that, they let him go. That’s when a bald guy from the reported party’s group pulls up and asks them to leave Isaac. Being teenagers, Dustin and Jaiden make fun of him for being bald and Dustin and the bald guys agree to run a fair 1v1 fist fight, which Dustin wins.

Second interaction happens when Michael Turner contacts William Zhao and wants to talk to him about his group being pressed (Evidence 1.1). The conversation ends with William telling them to drop by and point out who caused the above incident and William basically telling Michael that he was nervous with how he was called out to this conversation.

Later on, Michael and his group come down to Melanoma street with the guy who got pressed. During this time, he points out Dustin and they are offered a fair 1v1 fight, but turns it down and leaves (evidence 1.2). During this time William tells the reported party that if they tried to touch him, he would have people ready to back him up. The reported party took this as a threat, despite William telling them it would only happen if they tried something. (Evidence 1.3)

Some time later, the reported party decides to roll up and blockwipe everyone in our alley (10 people) with compact rifles and machine pistols, even tho most of the members had nothing to do with this situation, not even aware it had happened and a handful of the members are even simply kids living in the area.

Medical roleplay is plagued by a massive line of violent trauma injuries, with very few non traumatic medical calls in between. A diabetic patient is practically a golden unicorn buried underneath a pile of gangbanger 9mm wounds. Do we really want to hit Med RP with another massive group of patients that’ll need their intervention /all/ the time?

Would OP's suggestion of having underground doctors/mob doctors not help with this issue as well? Maybe not fix it completely, but it would mean not every gangbanger etc would be in need of legal medical care and can help free up some of those calls?

  4. I support this. It could could also give troublemakers/kids a chance of causing trouble in relatively harmless way, compared to the more common robbing and car boosting. I've had rp before that revolved around rping shooting paintball at others and it was quite fun and different. The screens below are example of that.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): During our war with K-town, we went out scouting, driving around on our bikes around Little Seoul. During this, we get chased by a black car, who without RP, rams us on our bike, hits a lightpole, spins around and proceeds to jump out of their vehicle, while it's still in speed and shoots me without any RP of the crash or injuries. They then proceeds to jump back into the car and continue the pursuit against the driver of our bike.

EDIT: I've been told it's not allowed to ram people like that, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
