I completely agree with this post. I'm very happy with the fact that toggling PM's is currently thing on the server, however I firmly believe that it should not be a paywalled item. PM's can get annoying at times and ruin immersion for players or as stated by others - it is a common way for people to harass others. Fully supporting this.
