I agree with this. It is still almost impossible to get a property in Sandy Shores. My character lives and works in Sandy and I was looking for a property for over two months. I found one but it's not even in Sandy Shores and I'm glad for it. And as Euphoria said, it's impossible because they are owned by people that are not even part of the community. Someone should definitely check this issue.
