I'm heavily going to dispute that because it's simply not true. I don't even know which businesses are associated with you. I'd like you to back up your words with anything that slightly resembles evidence.

@arkan I still have not read any justification for ordering a kill on my character Nicholas Rizakis. You only spoke of Louis for his mob ties.
Do you order kills on everyone who refuses to pay you extortion taxes?

Greetings to all, Nicholas Rizakis here. I wasn't intending on replying but after reading through the whole report I feel like expressing my frustrations with the incident. I will briefly cover the most important points. I'm a firm believer that every story has two sides, but after reading the reported party's response I still struggle to understand the motives behind these actions.
- Let's go back to the moment the decision was made(Killing Louis Cascata) and look at it from there, you are justifying your actions in hindsight, but not from that point. Were you certain it's some sort of a setup, or that Louis had any hostile intentions? He clearly stated he wants to talk to Richard, and that he has nothing to worry about, which isn't shown in your screenshot but it can be seen in the chatlog provided by Louis. There were no clear direct threats.
- The statement that 'everyone was armed' is a completely misleading and a blatant lie. Most were unarmed, including my character. The only two that were armed were Louis Cascata and Lucas Decimo, and they had no intention of using their firearms, until they had to in self defense. I'm not even sure how you would know that ICly at that point?
- First you claimed Louis Cascata was the target, yet even my unarmed character was intentionally shot and killed, and then finished after. Then you once again try spinning the facts by involving me as the target, for no other reason than to justify yourself. What reasons did you have for killing my character? I'm not sure how you can justify any of this when you order a public massacre in the heart of Rockford in front of one of the busiest businesses being open.
- There were countless other options that you could have taken, such as telling Richard to refuse. It seems to me that avoiding any conflict was not important to you, and on the contrary you snatched the opportunity, with little to no justification, to murder people in public with no regard for consequences.

Supporting the suggestion. It's been far too long without any attention being placed on gambling considering the amount of interest casinos raise. It's my hopes the devs will soon start implementing any kind of additions or fixes to the current system, even if they are minor.

For those who don't know, and I'm sure there's quite a few, you can create long and short distance RP actions. Such as;
/me(low)
/me(long)
/do(low)
/do(long)
/b(low)
I've been consistently using these for the past while, but from what I've noticed not many others do as well. I feel like there's not enough awareness from the script itself about these, and sure for some of you it may be a pointless detail, but in certain specific scenarios it can improve the QOL experience for everyone, for example in heavily crowded places such as nightclubs. Nobody enjoys their screen being spammed with unnecessary text that's not directly involving to them, and being unable to focus on the roleplay that they are actually involved in. Other examples are when someone's a bit further away, and you still wish to encounter with them through /melong, I've tried this before and it feels like it never reaches the second party, perhaps it has but with their regular distance /me I wasn't aware of it. There's also /highlight to have the target's text highlighted, but I'm not sure how many people know about this too.
Is this only me or are there more of you thinking the same? Is there anything we can do to spread awareness of this in a practical way?

I thought it's pretty cool until I learned how much interference from administration team there is, but I suppose to an extent I understand their point of view as well.

I made a post like this and I think the numbers appear to be misleading because there's no way the majority are 24+ in my personal experience. Perhaps it'd be smarter to reduce the length of each option between the ages of 20 and 30, since probably 80 percent of Characters are between that age. Maybe the list should be;
*Below 16
*16-18
*19-21
*22-24
*25-28
*29-32
*33-37
*38-45
*45-60
*61-80

Lol, I swear weapon malfunctions are more common on 100% condition weapons. I've ran 50% conditions without a single malfunction, then I get a 100% condition and it keeps malfunctioning.

Reading all these comments, I'm not sure how many of you have been to an actual casino to feel the atmosphere. It's quiet, calm, and everyone focuses on their game, not a lot of interactions going on. Sure, I agree, it could always be improved but I think you guys are making it seem far worse than it actually is.
The truth is, the scripts for the games are so automatic that no interactions are even necessary. A step towards improvement of the RP in casinos would be to re-master the game scripts, especially for poker since there is no dealer necessary, which I think is an important thing to have.

Since when has this become a server where people complain on the forums over IC topics, because they don't agree with it? It completely ruins the whole point of a heavy roleplayer server where most IC things should be dealt ICly. You listed no legitimate reasons to remove 80% of the casinos, only because, from what I assume, your own business is failing? Whilst I do agree the RP quality in gambling establishments can be greatly improved, removing most of them is no way to go about it.

If it was not randomized and had a static parameter (-3, +3) like you mentioned, it'd be rendered useless since anyone can do that math and know your character's age.

I don't really see how your suggestion will make any difference when it comes to high rollers participating in low stake games, when they can simply play aggressive with the $100,000 and then withdraw more to continue infinitely re-buying in. It all comes down to the management of the gambling establishment, they have to establish IC rules and have supervision over the poker table, something the script doesn't offer yet.
