Short description: Upon entering a car receive a message about the car's description in the chat that can be set up by the owner.
Detailed description: The owner can set a description about his car that would be noticed upon entering it as a driver or passenger, you can include stuff like the car's interior material, the steering wheel, deodorizers, LEDs and other accessories.
Commands to add: An addition to this suggestion would be the possibility to see the car's description from outside by using the command "/examinecar [ID (the ID of any driver or passenger)]" or "/examinecar [PLATES]" if the car is empty but you still want to see it's description. Would be great if /examinecar had a shortened version like /excar that'd be also available.

How would your suggestion improve the server?: I personally believe that, if implemented, this suggestion will bring more roleplay opportunities around cars granting every player a chance to make theirs unique according to their culture and likings which will result in a more realistic character portrayal.

-First of all, you were kicked out because your girl friend was making a big mouth on the stage where our dancers were and of course we defended them since it's our club. And because it's our club we decide when we want to kick someone out. Indeed, our approach was aggressive but that's just because of the portrayal of my character where you would find occasional temper problems as you may have noticed. If you find me grabbing your girl friend's arm and pushing her off the stage an aggressive approach then I will not contradict you, considering my character wouldn't hesitate doing more physical harm even to a woman he barely knows.
-I find it very unrealistic too that you and your friend purposely got into a brawl after being jumped by 5 people.
-Yeah, you could say that you were 3 counting the girl because script-wise she has the same power in a punch as a man but realistically speaking she wouldn't have a place in a brawl with other 7 men.
-The fight itself got very annoying after 2 minutes of you and your friend chicken-running after every hit to gain the run+punch damage bonus or regain HP back after you got punched getting me and not only to the state of just wanting it to be over ASAP.
-Considering we were a total of 7 people you can say that each character had 6 people he could throw a punch too since GTA will lock onto the closest target and not on a specific player and in these desync fights everyone fights like sheeps, all in one place. After some math I got the result that the chance of my party to hit another member from the same party is 66,6%, double the chance of us hitting you or your friend. In your case there is an advantage provided by the game mechanics which were not designed for brawls like these. You had a 83.3% chance of hitting one of us (the Albanians) and only 17.6% chances to hit your friend accidentally.
-Again, realistically speaking we would have won the fight by outnumbering you before guns were even pulled and this report wouldn't have existed.
-I don't see how taking my gun out and shooting in the air counts as Powergaming, my actions were made with the intent of breaking the fight and getting you all to run away without us needing to actually shoot you but nah, you just turned around, scrolled and shot me in the back.
-The video speaks for itself, if the administration find it necessary to ask me any questions I'll answer each of them. I said everything that was needed to say by far.

This is Dragomir Kadare speaking, I like how you put emphasis on the fact that we busted in when you had customers waiting without mentioning there were only two girls that already had drinks (more customers would show up a few moments later but we'd be already dipped), and you had another MC members behind the bar doing whatever. Of course my character is not blind and could see clearly you were trying to shove us away nor would tolerate such behavior from someone he sees as inferior IC, I didn't mention any money with the customers nearby though, I just said we need to talk and kept insisting without making too much of a fuss as you said "clearly whishing to add pressure on Ryan" because that's literally my job.

Hello, it's true that during the last night I have been scrapping unrealistically a number of 5, not 6 Pounders which belong to only two companies, not three as you stated. I took advantage of the "unsupervised", as I was thinking at that moment, vehicles that were on the "Wanted cars" list which I knew with full confidence where are to be found and being greedy at that moment is my only excuse. I admit I was the only one acting wrongfully in this situation and none of the people that work at this garage, whether legaly or illegaly, are to be blamed or seen with bad eyes. The last thing I have to say is that I apologize to both companies for the mess created, the missunderstanding and I learned my lesson. I shall receive punishment now however the administration decides.

I will delete this message if it's considered useless but I did that because stopping to write the /me before running you over would have meant me getting shot before I could send the line, at that moment it was all a matter of seconds which could mean me or you dying. I consider it was the best way to act at that moment. [EDIT] Besides that I think it's very important the fact that you both disconnected in less than five minutes when police was all around the place, Brox actually tried to find your ID but the only Oscar online was Oscar Whitelock which had no involvement in this situation.

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Zacharias Andreas and Yuri Medvedev + civilians and security team working at HEAT.
Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Me and Yuri noticed the Zacharias and Oscar at the Heat nightclub and decided to wait them outside so Yuri can kill Zacharias because of IC reasons. We noticed being followed shortly after by the duo, as I was getting into my car, Yuri took cover behind my car and began shooting Zacharias, his friend pulled a gun and I RP'ed running him over with my Sabre, since he was very close I squeezed Oscar between my car and the wall. At this point Zacharias was injured and Oscar got up and kept shooting at my cousin, downing him.
Evidence: 1. Here you can see the damage being taken after I ran Oscar over. Unfortunately I did not catch the timestamp on this screenshot but checking the logs if needed will fix this issue.
2. Here you can see me pulling Yuri in the car after he got wounded so we can run away. Submitted a report but police got there before Brox answered, which were around 3 minutes, enough to get away. Wouldn't have happened if Oscar roleplayed accordingly and get immobilized for enough time for Yuri to finish him.
