    We initially met up with Cedric a second time after the first incident in an attempt to kill him.  The vehicle we were using was all shot up and we were pretty confident IC'ly that Cedric's character along with the other two people that were involved shot back at us. Pretty sure trying to rob people over advertisement isn't allowed but I decided to keep everything IC.

    My character had originally made an advertisement that he was searching for an SUV or a pickup truck. He was then contacted about thirty minutes later by Cedric regarding a Cavalcade he had for sale. Our characters had a disagreement regarding the price he was asking for which was originally $80,000 and my character decided to hang up and continue searching. Cedric decided to text my character a few minutes later cursing him out and stating that he'd lower the price from $80,000 to $30,000 which my character was already skeptical about that. We decided to meet up anyways in Vespucci. Cedric seemed to be in such a rush to sell the vehicle which was another thing I was watching out for.

     

    After arriving, my character told the person who he was riding with to stay in the vehicle because this entire situation seemed odd. Cedric along with two other characters were standing next to the vehicle as I approached it. I was instantly threatened and told that the vehicle wasn't for sale anymore and that I needed to leave their beach or there would be issues. Mind you, this wasn't my first interaction with this group. I thought Cedric's motive was to get me down there with the group and rob me. After the altercation with the group, I decided to leave and came back a few minutes later firing shots and we were shot back at. We decided to leave it at that and leave the area. 

     

    Approximately thirty-five to forty minutes later I told one of the people I was with to contact Cedric's number again in an attempt to meet up with him. We sent him a location to meet up at and shots were fired again. Cedric instantly began PM'ing me regarding the situation and his involvement in it. From my POV it was all a setup from the beginning and I don't understand why he's complaining. How would I know Cedric wasn't involved and didn't know those people? My character was just simply trying to purchase a vehicle. This wasn't my character's first interaction with the group in Vespucci either. Can provide video & chat logs if requested.

    I’d like to see the PD be split between armed and unarmed Officers for realism. Pursuits nowadays don’t really happen, so there should also be very heavy moderation on allowing police to chase people. 90% of cops should be unarmed IMO, and there should be a focus away from policing people IC to allow actual powerful organizations like OC to control the city. Any dangerous situations should also be avoided as PD needs to rp fear of losing life.

    Hey, I play Chris Watson and was involved in the situation. I was accused of deathmatching the cop although the whole situation was roleplayed properly. Myself and Kirby’s character was on the run for a murder that happened a weeks back and that was reasoning behind our characters taking off from the traffic stop and we were in a stolen vehicle. After running for around 5-10 minutes, we decided it’d be best to barricade ourselves as there was no way our characters would’ve escaped.

     

    We managed to barricade ourselves in a business and planned IC’ly that we were going to both run outside and go our separate ways. The shooting was a heat of the moment situation for my character. I don't see how I'm being accused of deathmatching here. I'll send a video of the scene to the handling admin.

    I don't remember everyone who was in the TAC at the time but as far as I remember the following people were in the TAC with me. Jose Navarro, Colt Bradshaw, and Jermaine Dougan and there might've been a few other people that I'm unaware of right now. I've also provided @Karnerwith the full one minute video of the traffic stop and the shooting itself.

    The footage ends a few seconds after me checking the rest of the alleyway. Everything before that only shows me roleplaying at the traffic stop before the shooting took place. There's no footage of me entering the property itself and anyone that was inside the TeamSpeak channel at the time can vouch that I called out that spot which is why units responded over there to begin with.

    As I said in PM's, I never seen any names and had no intentions of metagaming anything. I seen  someone running into that little lot and I called it out in TAC as well which is why units responded to the area. All of this was before myself and Navarro went inside of the property as well. And no, I didn't go inside to grab your nametag I wanted to see if that was an actual entrance to that building before continuing the scene. Everything was invisible inside of the building and no nametags were visible.  

     

    I managed to grab some of the video and you're able to see something running towards that building. I went off of that and that's how that specific area was pointed out. Don't got a reason to metagame anything.

    Just now seeing this. I logged back in approximately five minutes after the server crashed as my client kept crashing during the login screen. Once I was able to log back in I spawned on top of the Vinewood Hills sign, I did PM one of the PD members that were on the scene at the time and asked them if I was still needed at the scene as I thought the firearm was already seized at the time. (https://streamable.com/pp6ik5) I did eventually restart my game and I ended up respawning at the previous location on Senora Road although by that time everyone was gone. I haven't accepted death yet, all the items should still be on me as well as the truck is still with my character. 

     

    I could hop in-game later this evening and we could finish it up with you taking those items and taking my vehicle if you'd like.  As for the shooting, I wasn't going no more than 25-30 MPH at the time, I did stop whenever I reached high rates of speed.
