  1. Date and Time of incident: 02/JUN/2023 Between ?22:00 - 23:30 Server Time?

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Maya Valerio, Tyler Razi, Adrian Ozuna, Timothy Cho, Claire Weiss, Roland Marshall, Mateo Casal, Tomas Maldonado, countless other LSPD officers.

    Your ingame name: Daniel Peterson

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Long story short, as we were looking for a cop killer, we came across Fernando Cespedes who opened fire soon as we got spotted. He got shot, evaded, leaving a blood trail. We also traced his number which led us into an apartment. As we surrounded it and cammed it, the player was seen drug stacking and disconnected on the spot, to never return. His friend also disconnected but ended up coming back on the same scene.

Accusation 1 (50 words): Common Courtesy - Well, he disconnected mid scene.

Reported Player(s) Who Broke it: Fernando Cespedes

Evidence: Will be sent to handling admin.

Accusation 2 (50 words): Powergaming - The drug stacking, consuming drugs that he's had on his inventory for god knows what reason, while he was bleeding out to death.

Reported Player(s) Who Broke it: Fernando Cespedes

Evidence: Will be sent to handling admin.

  2. I think we need to make DMEC HQ bigger and give them a fridge to store bodies the size of Sandy Shores.

Serious though, bodies are everywhere, sometimes you won’t see one for a good while to just find them non stop, and as a LEO rper, I sure won’t be on body duty every single night, it adds nothing to my roleplay and somewhat forces me to showcase any emotion towards something my character has seen thousands of times.

It would be nice if an administrator can offer us some insights into the stats of what actually happened when the script was implemented. This way, we know, rather than have to guess or rely on anecdotes.

I'm solely speaking out of personal experience. Since the script was implemented, every single pursuit I've had with (M) involved, they were driving torrences and other varied super fast cars. It became a trend to see high rate crime areas filled with powerful vehicles with the intent of evading after commiting crimes.

  4. The title claims "Potential Issues". With the script's implementation, it's obvious that the issues are not potential, but rather very real. This is one of the worst implementations in GtaW and needs to be removed. There was already a huge issue with a lot of characters unrealistically owning vehicles that they really shouldn't. This script just made things a hundred times worse.

It is quite evident that criminal roleplayers are held to higher standards and have to abide by more rules than their legal counterparts.

Sorry...? What? I'll take this thread as a banter and trollish one instead of a serious one... This is obviously a solid no, not even an option. Applications should remain equal to everyone, and thinking that criminal roleplayers are held to a higher standard is one of the most "interesting" statements I've seen in this server.
Anyway, big no. Keep applications the same for everyone.

  6. Evidence was sent to the admins.
And you didn’t hurt my feelings, you simply disrupted a scene twice with comments that were not necessary, multiple people were involved and annoyed as you were directing targetted comments to the group and two specific players.

  7. Date and Time of incident: 13/MAY/2023 between 00:30 - 01:30 Server Time

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Calvin Hamilton, Lauren Sherman, Carlos Carvalho, Tyler Razi, Brandon Lim, Todd Webster, Miguel Ruano, Alice Rowe, Jordan Caffrey

    Your ingame name: Daniel Peterson

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : One of the many LSPD units online at the time called in the sighting of a firearm. The suspect who was on Davis LTD hopped into a car, where his two friends were waiting for him, and they headed towards Charleston, where a Felony stop took place. This is when Archie began to throw comments in /b, which led to a report, accepted by Hemmax. They then evaded us once Hemmax allowed the scene to continue with one of the passengers splitting on Strawberry Avenue, no issues. The suspects then crashed on the Vespucci Canals and Archie went for a run, a brawl, a swim, an attempt to escape that ended with us being swung at with a baseball bat, showing no regard for his life. In the ending, more comments were thrown in /b. At the ending bit of the scene, Mediva was then, the admin who took the second in-game report.

Accusation 1 (50 words): Rule number 1. Archie was giving us unnecessary comments and being passive aggressive in /b and in his roleplay.

Reported Player(s) Who Broke it: Archie Tang

    Evidence: Will be sent privately.

Accusation 2 (50 words): Rule number 2. Archie and his companions evaded the police. Archie then decided to go for a long swim. He also decided to brawl with officers and not roleplay any of his injuries, just back to swimming.

Reported Player(s) Who Broke it: Archie Tang

    Evidence: Will be sent privately.

Accusation 2 (50 words): Rule number 2 again. Archie went into, 2 Tug Street, Floor 1 Room 5, which is for sale and after negotiations, came out with a baseball bat, swinging at officers and having no regard for his own character's life. (Adds to the accusation above, swimming with a bat just to swing at us later).

Reported Player(s) Who Broke it: Archie Tang

    Evidence: Will be sent privately.

@HemmaX @Mediva - Tagging you both because you both accepted reports from the same scene, for different reasons. Hemmax dealt with the initial situation, Mediva dealt with the latter. Player has NOT been informed.

(I'm editing because I forgot to mention that we, the players who were on scene, would like to push for a CK on his character, as per rule 2) Powergaming "Lack of fear roleplay or fear for your life in general may result in a permanent character kill")

Player has been notified of this report and is given 48 hours to respond.
In the meantime, @Flatline feel free to send me the evidence via Forum PMs please.

Hello. The evidence has been sent privately, with a small description of what the videos are about. I'm happy to post the entire message, excluding the two video evidences links.

Who drives the civilian Torrence? Criminals. Why do they drive it? Because it’s one of the only cars that level the playing field with the overpowered police cruisers.

So, playing to win is taking place over realism, is that what you're suggesting?

If the performance here decreases, then patrol vehicle performance should also be decreased. The vehicle performance on the server is already ridiculously unrealistic.

How does nerfing one overpowered vehicle means you have to nerf an entire unrelated fleet?
