I can understand people liking the university RP atmosphere because it's mostly just talking RP, with the potential of something else expanding from it. With school RP, you're meant to have class for hours and hours, while in university you could just have 1 hour per day. I sometimes like doing some tedious RP just as a change of pace, or because I want to do something different; but doing it everyday sounds like a chore. This school RP scenario might sound great but I doubt it'll go on for long. ULSA, however, seems to be growing to the point where even higher-ups in the faction aren't recognising names in it.

And then it is on the news, kids being killed in virtual school hallways "for fun" and "Oh, why would Rockstar allow this?" and so on...
This is not a good line to be skirting with the current community and the already extreme crime rate.
this argument is based on
1. text RP being popular enough in streaming to gain outside traction from people who don't already interact with RP circles
2. the streamer being popular enough to gain enough of a following that would elicit "national news coverage" or even "mainstream" game journalist coverage
3. that the people watching have an inability to see that the person doing this is clearly breaking rules or doing it to be edgy
4. that the streamer would have to get a gun in the first place and start shooting at this specific spot, and keep reminding his audience that it's a high school since he'd just be shooting a bunch of adult GTAO models anyways
there's gonna be stupid people like with any new RP idea or idea they don't like and people trying to bend the rules, but arguing to shut down a potential avenue of roleplay on the off-chance that a streamer MIGHT stream themselves shooting up a high school and MIGHT have enough viewers that MIGHT get it news coverage is silly - the actual biggest issue with running the school would be scheduling and maintaining consistent activity with it, since unlike universities, high school requires some form of mandatory attendance.

If you're deciding to use an active faction's offices (LSNN's,) for your scam, you have to roleplay something smart. Instead, you just took advantage of it being an empty unlocked HQ and clearly didn't roleplay any of the multitude of issues that would arise from you using the most prolific local news' offices, including potential keycards/ID scans, security, other staff, CCTVs, and so on. You didn't act/show any indicator of being nervous or jumpy despite saying your actions were "impulsive," and you didn't even try to hide your identity as you gave me your full name, your number, the banking details to wire you the money, and did it in a very conspicuous place.
If you have any roleplay showing that you had legitimate access to LSNN, that would really clear up a lot of the accusations I have about powergaming.

I took it OOC because there's various rules being broken and I had so much uncertainty on whether or not this was actually a scam - I'm usually the person to let things slide and keep things IC, but it's past the money I got scammed out of and just me curious about the silliness of scamming someone in a news station.

Names of witnesses (if applicable): Rahi_Badman, Shao_Badman - they knew I was getting a Kazanov interview ICly.
Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): I'm coming back from a 3 year hiatus away from the server and don't know many new features but wanted to RP, so I decided to contact Kazanov Trucking after seeing an advertisement for them in /ads that was designed exactly how the legitimate Kazanov ad was, with the "⭐ Kazanov Trucking ⭐" and everything. It turns out this was a fake ad by Paul Capuzzi, who invited me to the LSNN tower claiming Kazanov moved there. I checked the ACTUAL Kazanov lot in Davis afterwards and saw no trucks spawned there, so I believed him (he exploited that the Kazanov trucks have to be manually spawned by a faction member, and they weren't at the time.) We had an interview on the floor of the LSNN building (which I don't know how he RPly got access to,) and we had an interview, then he told me to pay a $10k application fee. I don't know OOCly or ICly how the business system works, so I transferred him the money and he told me to contact the real CEO, Charles Robinson. I haven't confirmed he's an actual employee of Kazanov and I don't know whether to proceed ICly with it being a scam since there's so many poorly roleplayed elements to the whole thing.
Note: I don't have screenshotted proof of the ad being posted, but the number it was under was #02525529 and it was posted around 11:00-12:00 JUL 24 server time.
Evidence:
This is proof of us being inside the LSNN HQ when the interview occurred (as you can see beside the minimap,) I don't know how Capuzzi would RPly A. get access to the building itself and B. get access to a specific floor and office in the building without any RP keycards or identification, as well as clearly being a trespasser in a private floor. He roleplayed as if the office was his.
I don't have a screenshot of him asking for the $10,000 application fee, but this screenshot (censored my phone numbers and the radio frequency,) shows that I paid him $10,000 and was talking it over with Rahi and Shao Badman ICly (that's why they're labelled as witnesses.)
This is Paul telling me the CEO of Kazanov's name and number after I sent the $10k - I know he could've gotten this a variety of ways, but it seems like very poorly RPed when scamming someone to let them see your name, your banking details, your appearance, your phone number, and then you redirect them to the actual CEO of the company you just scammed them from.-

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): CiCi was being homophobic and xenophobic once again. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I get tired of him going off about how he has gay family and British friends while still bashing British people and being homophobic by calling other fags and trying to be cute by saying he's calling them "cigarettes" as British slang. His behavior still hasn't changed despite his constant pleas that he will bury the hatchet and act more maturely, but all he does is brag about removing people from the server and insulting other people of the community. He may have been provoked by someone else to warrant this behavior, but I have no screenshots of that - if he provides them as a defense then they can be dealt with as well.
Evidence:
Seeing as he has been already muted previously for his insulting comments, has been proven to have insulting comments in the past, and refuses to change his behavior despite multiple reports pointing out his behavior, he should be faced with a much harsher punishment than already given, which was a mute. I think I speak for many people when I say that people are tired of his behavior going unpunished, since it causes more of a divide in the server, and as a leader of one of the most active factions he should be behaving more properly. -

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Now this has been a thing for a while now, and after the report on CiCi him and I were advised to stay away from each other - I PMed him asking to get into his Discord and roleplayed at his steakhouse because it was a hotspot, but was warned for making a query and roleplaying. However, CiCi and the Luppinos keep making subtle jabs at me and my group despite the fact that admins have told him to stop it and move on. He's not as confrontational as me and has clearly played the victim card multiple times (as shown in previous reports) but continues to throw underhanded insults to try and drive me off the server. I decided to add a few of his friends since this is going to be a blanket report.
Evidence: First, let's start with the "subtle" upvotes of negative things involving me that he and his group of friends do.
Upvoting the closing of my faction thread, which if roleplaying a VERY CLEARLY MENTALLY ILL person ICly is considered "trolling" then I don't know how 10 lines of shitting in bushes and making coffee for 10 lengthy lines for the sake of padding out a thread isn't the same same thing, but that's neither here nor there. Either way, note that Cici and his DOMC pal upvoted this decision - a very clear jab at me.
Reacting to my alt's death outside of HIS faction's steakhouse, which he knows is my alt due to the Frank Robinson report in which I said I was Tetsuya Nakanishi in it. He didn't react to the Rog one due to that being so obvious, but he figured he could react to the Tetsuya one since not a lot of people know about it. You could say, "Oh it's just him reacting to RP" but him and Ozias are friends, so this was clearly an OOC informed hit followed by CiCi's OOC jabs.
Him and his friend Apache again giving condescending jabs towards Rahi and Shao (people of my group) just for suggesting something about Blaine County, along with insulting people with terms like "mall rat" and criticizing other people's roleplay - the same EXACT thing he reported me for previously - once again showing his flip-flopping behavior that he's done multiple times at this point.
I go into the steakhouse to roleplay, and I get PMed because I noted in the Discord along with multiple people that shitting in bushes is simply disgusting and pointless roleplay, so now I get PMed mid-RP with some random jab at me again. You may say this is a joke, but when my Discord "jokes" are considered insults, I think it's fair for me to involve actual jabs at me in PMs to this report - this was right before I was CONVENIENTLY thrown out in order to get killed by Ozias, and they CONVENIENTLY didn't have CCTVs installed in their place yet when asked by an officer as well. Let's also point out the fact that Gerald Defini is also a tester now.
I ask for an invite to the Council (CiCi's private Discord) again, and then invite Apache to mine as a showcase of good faith, and I end up getting threatened by him that I won't be on the server for long (which he might be right if this behavior from him is encouraged and dismissed,) but it was a completely out of left field thing to say, especially from someone who was a prior Gold Donator-turned-Tester just a day or two after this.
Along with this and everything above, their whole group of people consisting of multiple donators, staff members, and roleplayers of the community get together in their private Discord called The Council to insult and talk shit about other players. NOW, you can say "this is a private Discord they can say what they want," but if someone from the community is invited to the Discord and their Discord REVOLVES around talking shit about people from the community along with getting screenshots of them talking shit about the community, I think it goes past private Discord and just falls into "power group trying to insult people they feel are 'inferior' to them" territory.
There's a multitude of other Discord screenshots proving CiCi's constant backpedaling, his homophobia and xenophobia, his attitude towards "lesser" roleplayers, and basically just almost all of his Discord posts on the GTAW general are either insulting someone or bragging about what he did to other people. At this point, if people can't see what type of behavior and attitude CiCi is using: a manipulative, backtracking tone in order to make himself look regretful for things he did while STILL bashing members of the community through subtle jabs and meaningless player reports, then I don't know what else to do. I've spoken to multiple people who know he's done this type of behavior in the past and I'll post them if needed (names censored) if I have to.
You can say what you want about me: sure, I take the game less seriously than others and I might be considered a "troll," but I don't actively try to drive people out of the server or actively try to sabotage other people's roleplay. I haven't even bought a gun despite having a PF license because I know how much the usage of a gun can just damper everybody's mood and potentially derail active roleplay scenarios. But CiCi and his group are ACTIVELY trying to drive people he doesn't like out of the server - and people who own 2 businesses in Mirror Park, one of them being a major Tavern - is a good target as any to use for his power trip.
Just in case people need a reminder of this guy already previously bragging about driving a faction from the server, and I could start linking his bragging posts from other servers but at that point people should already know.

The Fulacci Connection is a relatively new competitor to the area of Mirror Park, growing off of the ideals and beliefs of one man that the organization is named after - Rog Fulacci, lower henchman of the infamous Danucci family up in San Fierro. Known for his ruthlessness and pure aggression to his foes, Fulacci ascended very quickly from his birth in 1969 to a grown fully-fledged member of the family in 1984. However, on the 3rd anniversary of the assassination of the US President Ronald Reagan, the Danucci Family Compound was bumrushed with a multitude of San Fierro Police Department officials, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents, and other state representatives. There was a clean sweep of the compound and loads of cocaine, heroin, money, enslaved prostitutes and children, weaponry of different calibres and sizes, along with many members within the family were confiscated and taken to the nearby law enforcement facility.
Fulacci was not at the compound at the time, instead on a simple errand run given to him by the don, Eylos Danucci. In the following years, Fulacci went through many hard struggles including the divorce of his parents and living out in the cold, mean streets of San Fierro. However, due to his natural charisma and knack for getting out of trouble, he was able to round up a group of vagrant outcasts who helped scrounge up money using the exploitation of the newly-founded Epsilon Program San Fierro chapter. With this money, he would be able to make a new start in San Andreas, the Golden State.
This is where the Fulacci Connection was born - as time progressed and Rog's social network grew, he gained men and women he trusted with his life and dignity. After jumpming from seedy motel to seedy motel and sleeping in tunnels with his crew, he finally settled down in the hipster capitol of San Anne - Mirror Park. Intending on using Mirror Park as a base of operations for his new plans of outdoing the Danucci family and continuing the legacy of so many before him.

This faction and its members are heavily inspired by the real life murder of Jerzy Popieluszko by three agents of the Służba Bezpieczeństwa. The aim is to maintain an established movement of Solidarity and numerous secret societies, crime rings, and organizations that have existed throughout history. We allow all characters of any race, religion, creed, or gender join as long as they are focused on hardcore character development through engaging scenes of intense and arduous roleplay. You're expected to roleplay every single action, as we are trying to establish a group that is as close to reality as possible. To exist in the group simply for the allure of money, power, respect, or any form of meaningless superficial things is not acceptable. We take ourselves VERY seriously, and we expect others to treat us with the same amount of seriousness and sincerity. We are a friendly faction who is open to roleplaying with everyone. If you are a troll, troublemaker, or roleplayer who is not serious we will not tolerate you within our organization for we have a reputation to uphold.
Upon becoming an associate of the organization, you sign an agreement that acknowledges your right to keep playing your character if you leave the faction or not. We have better things to do than try to CK people who come and go in our faction. Please do not exploit this for your own benefit.

There's probably proof of the incident but at this point it's not worth pursuing this. I'd just like the report closed.
