Exactly, so you'd have to roll it down to speak with someone on the outside.

I was involved in a traffic stop and was slightly bothered by the fact I couldn't roll down the window (without flipping the bird), and then rolling it up again. So here's the suggestion: CMD: /rollwindow [UP/DOWN] and/or /rw [down/up] (window goes down or up on whichever door/seat the player is in.)
