Also think it would be good to allow the option to clear tattoos on namechange. In-game you should go to the hospital to get it removed imo. If no FD is online you simply get a cmd to do there, otherwise if FD have members online you need to get in touch with them to do it.

I don't think FD is needed for such a thing, perhaps a "medical clinic" of some sort, like the Surgery system.

Removing a tattoo is not free IRL, it's quite expensive too. But since it's a game 5000 should be lowered.

Laser removal costs way more then the tattoo, and trust me, hurts a fuck tonne more as well.

As Justus stated, there will be a checkbox upon namechanging on the UCP to remove all current tattoos. As for removing them normally, like stated by others it's a very expensive process and should be so in-game as well. Think about the tattoo you're getting for your character and make sure it's something that fits you and you want to do. If you do it without thinking, it's just something you need to deal with later on IC.
