Big_Smokes Posted February 11, 2019 Share Posted February 11, 2019 (edited) As it stands right now, after a player sends in a UCP support ticket and leaves the original comment screen, the only way they can return to their ticket is by opening the corresponding e-mail and clicking on the link provided through it. To make the system seem more streamlined & keep it based on the UCP, there should be an action available to all on the UCP to view your active tickets through a section there. (Perhaps an addition could be made that when you file a ticket, the help center shows not just the possibility to file another ticket but also maintains a list of your active/previous tickets) Edited February 11, 2019 by Big_Smokes Link to comment
