The argument here is that the train tunnel system in game would be active 24/7 with train cars passing through on the rails at all times, on all lanes. We have an actual subway system, but it teleports to the stations instead of actually traveling on the rails, people should roleplay the rails being occupied by the subway trains and purposefully driving in the tunnels, knowing that there's an active subway system --- makes zero sense. EDIT: When you talk about "fun", but fail to include the involvement all parties also makes no sense. You could be chasing a car and since there is a sync issue with RageMP, the vehicle in front of you will just disappear. Some say "take the L" which is fine, police factions don't have the inflated success rate that outsiders think they do; the main problem is, the people you chase in tunnels can disappear and oftentimes shoot you --- it's not fun to be shot by invisible people. This is what you're claiming to be able to drive over.

Application with CV -> Physical Test -> Written Test -> 1st Interview -> 2nd Interview -> Submit extensive PHS background packet (35+ pages of personal history) -> Interview with a background investigator -> Final Interview with Chief of Police -> Conditional Offer -> 6 Months Academy. None of it is done online, even the written test is done in a class room setting with a time limit, none of it is done online, apart from the application when you receive an email that you are approved. Takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months to actually get into a class of the police academy, source: I am currently in the police academy in California.
