Neighbor murderer gets life

A Los Santos man meticulously planned to kill his neighbor and end their loan dispute in a cold-blooded execution that was captured on camera, according to authorities.

Nassau Bell, 32, was arrested on the 21st of April for the murder of Travis Coldrum and his wife Monica Coldrum. Bell told deputies that he murdered Travis over an outstanding debt. Bell told authorities that he had loaned Travis six thousand dollars and when Coldrum refused to pay the money back, Bell took matters into his own hands.

"The defendant told me he took a loaded 9mm handgun and two additional magazines with him for safety reasons. Originally he wanted to settle the argument without violence but when the victim said he could not pay the loan back, he completely lost it." - said the arresting officer.

Bell executed Coldrum on the victim's doorstep with two shots to the forehead from a pointblank range. Upon hearing the gunshots the victims wife Monica Coldrum decided to investigate. As soon as he spotted the wife, Bell fired five more shots - hitting the woman thrice in the abdomen who later on succumbed to her wounds. The suspect then ransacked the whole apartment and left with approximately twelve thousand dollars worth of jewelry, drugs and cash.

Bell was pulled over on Interstate-5 four hours later as he was trying to make run for the US - Mexico border. The arresting troopers found the murder weapon and the stolen items. Investigators confirmed that the vicious act was captured on Coldrum's extensive home surveillance system. A couple hours after the arrest, Bell confessed to everything.
