He cares only about making money and is a "paper chaser" with the sole goal of becoming rich. Victor has five brothers and sisters and was kicked out of his own home when he was fifteen. He is an ambitious young man with many goals he wants to achieve. Growing up in Chinatown is hard, and Victor is a tough guy for surviving the rough streets of Chinatown on his own. He has links to organized crime in Chinatown and is currently working for Anthony Lu, a well-known gangster from Chinatown. After being kicked out of his house, he had to find a way to survive on the streets of Chinatown and finance himself. He started working wherever he could and, when he realized he needed more money, he started dealing narcotics. Victor is now a rising star in the Chinatown scene.
