Deputy Gang Reported To Operate in Davis

 

Los Santos County Sheriff's Department is facing allegations of a "deputy gang" operating within its ranks. The group, known as the Hangmen, is said to have approximately 30 members who can be identified by a distinctive tattoo of a skull and crossbones hanging from a noose, with the numbers "2" and "8" above the eyes.
