SAGOP condemns the Supreme Court's leaker

The San Andreas Republican Party condemns last week's breach on the Supreme Court's independence,  in that a document confirmed to be a confidential draft of the Court's ruling has been leaked to the public before of its likely release. This is something that should not be tolerated; this is someone who has done something unprecedented.

 

The confidential draft is an early opinion, stating that the court is overruling Roe vs Wade, which declared a constitutional right to an abortion. This is the most heinous breach of trust in the history of the Supreme Court; it was undoubtedly perpetrated by a left-wing law clerk who's upset at the court's directive, opted to betray his or her obligation, the trust that clerk owed to the justice and the court.

 

It is utterly stunning that anyone at the court would leak a draft opinion, this has never happened and I’m appalled. In response, Senator Rossi proposed S.R 28, which is a resolution that condemns the action of the unrighteous disclosure of a draft from the United States Supreme Court.

 

The resolution is calling for the "individual or individuals to be disbarred immediately upon the conclusion of a fruitful investigation, and that the individual or individuals should be immediately relieved of their positions within the Court's circle, to be significantly and wholly discredited, and to bear any and all consequences of their actions."
