Readd vehicles taken out of dealerships

Short description: Add the Hummer & other cars that were taken out recently.

Detailed description: There was an update like a month or two ago that was added with a GTA5 update. Some cars were added into GTA:W and then like a day or two later they were removed (from purchase from stores) I still see aforementioned cars around the server.

Commands to add: None.

Items to add:  Readding the vehicles.

How would your suggestion improve the server? More vehicles to choose from that aren't a commonly picked.
