Assistant Manager: [1 opening for Dinner Shift(7pm-10pm)]

Salary and benefits:

• Guaranteed Pay: $5,000 per hour. $2,000-$3,000 additional pay per hour based on experience.

Duties:

• Assist with managing openings during our dinner openings which are held three times a week. 
• Organize a small team of chefs, delivery drivers, and customer service associates.
• Handle and count cash from tills after openings. Distribute payments to all team-members.
• Must be able to handle working in a high pace and high pressure atmosphere during dinner shifts.
• Assist the owner with Human Resource duties such as interviewing and conducting background checks.

 

Customer Service Associate: [ 1 Opening for Dinner Shift[7pm-10pm], 2 Openings for Breakfast Shift[6am-8am]

• Starting pay at $4,500 an hour.

Duties:

• Greet customers that enter the store in a polite manner.
• Manage cash and credit card payments.
• Process and communicate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Cleaning during low volume hours.

 

Kitchen Helper [1 opening for Dinner Shift(7pm-10pm)]

Salary and benefits:

• Starting pay at $4,500 an hour. $2,000-$3,000 additional pay per hour based on experience.

• Excellent and comprehensive training.
• Team atmosphere with very active and supportive owners. 

 

Duties:

• Assist the owner herself with cooking a variety of Canadian inspired fish cuisine. 
• You will be assigned to a work-station[Preparation, Stove, or Frying] and gradually be trained through all of the ingredients and equipment in the kitchen.
• You must be able to work at a consistent pace during our high volume dinner hours. 
• Promotion potential to an executive chef once you master the menu.
