Two Albanians, Frank Malo and Gentjan Meta, were in charge of drug trafficking. They acted on behalf of the international cocaine trafficking mafia that trafficked drugs from South America to European countries. Meanwhile, Peruvian authorities have concluded that the Albanian mafia has already been installed in their country after fleeing Ecuador, where violent and bloody clashes became frequent, write Peruvian media.
