I simply enjoy having the realistic perspective, and size of apartments which might not fit everyone's tastes. It's a private residential with only 5 people living their including yourself. There's a parking basement directly below the housing, and security cameras. I have never had any trouble with the locals, and I'd go so far to say it's a near crime free area. You've got your own balcony, and wonderful view over the westside of the downtown. The apartment contains: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and joint kitchen-Livingroom perfect for a small family.
