She is known to be affiliated and a well known member the W/S School Yard Crip set that invades her local area. Nina's father is currently serving fifteen years inside of prison, and is little to none in her life - leaving her to be raised by her mother. Nina was brought up to stay away from gang-banging but still managed to get herself directly involved with due to having family ties to the gang. She was dragged into the gang-life by her cousin Qaysean Coley in her late teens. Nina was used at the beginning by the gang, she was setting up rivals over face browser and low-risk drug dealers to be robbed. As Nina grew older she go into a relationship with a corrupt federal prosecutor, Odell Mondale, in which she used him for information, money, and of course his legal capabilities. Nina fell in love with the lavish lifestyle, and clearly out-shown the older members in the area with her flashy jewels and expensive cars, all in favour of Odell. After a good few months, Odell eventually realised what was going on and cut ties with Nina, leaving her back to square one- the lifestyle was no longer, and her cousin was locked up. Nina was pushed into selling drugs for the older members of the set, in which she did pretty successfully, and paid a large contribution to paying her cousins jail bond, which led to her being put on the set. She was now official. Nina fell in love with money that came with drug dealing, and she managed to manipulate local teens in the area to sell drugs for her, she sat back whilst they made all the money. (17/01/2021).
