Wizard, received his nickname for his natural skill at art. The older homeboys, being impressed with the drawings he would draw up for them, would often call him a wizard at drawing. This was later picked up by others in the Chamberlain Hills community and now Wizard is not only his gang handle, but the name he uses when tattooing people. Due to a lot of his gang's rivalries dying down due to pressure from the police, he has managed to expand his clientele when it comes to tattooing. Not only has he tattooed the homeboys, he has also been sought after by rappers coming to Los Santos. The only people he refuses to tattoo, and would be surprised if they even attempted to ask him, are rivals. Wizard himself is covered in ink, his face included. Majority of his ink was considered an expression of his art and something he had always wanted to do, but to outsiders he comes across as an "in your face" gang banger. Wizard is no stranger to the fact, so rarely ventures far from where he deems is safe. Although Wizard is a popular tattooist, people aren't coming to him often. Probably due to his gang affiliation and what is happening in the district. So to supplement, as many others do, he commits crimes. In L.S., this is the culture. In the ghetto, this is the norm.

Wizard is an active member of the South Side 18th Street gang in "Herrero Park". Herrero being the Spanish word for blacksmith and a nickname coined by the local Mexican-American population living in the Chamberlain Hills district for the B.J. Smith Park. The South Side 18th Street gang considers B.J. Smith Park its headquarters and majority of its members live in the Crystal Heights apartment complex. Very few members have tattooed their faces and Wizard is among the 1% of younger members to do so. Wizard is 24-years-old and has a 20-year-old pregnant girlfriend who lives in the Rancho Projects with her family. He hops between the two districts.

XV3HP, XVIIIHP, 18HP hit ups would be seen on walls and park benches as well as Mad Swan Bloods hit ups. The two gangs would cross out each others tags, though the beef with both gangs has died somewhat due to key players from both gangs catching cases.
