etkid2013 Posted April 9, 2019 Share Posted April 9, 2019 I reset my password and now i cant log into the server. Not sure what is wrong, i was able to play last night before i changed my password. I'm pretty confident i am typing everything correctly. Could my account be locked? please help. Thanks Link to comment
Cleo Posted April 12, 2019 Share Posted April 12, 2019 Your account shouldn't be locked. Never heard of this. Make sure your password is being typed correctly; Make sure capitals are on or off as passwords are case-sensitive I believe, depending on wherever you've used them and that your UCP name is spelled correctly. If you still have no success, you'll have to recover the account again; Try the following; Visit https://ucp.gta.world/forgot-password and recover your account. Go to the e-mail address linked with your account, check your spam folder. Follow the instructions within the e-mail. Choose a remember-able strong password, never write your passwords down. Try login to the game again. If this doesn't work; Contact Management via the forums in a message explaining the situation that you cannot login, there they will be able to assist you further.
