Additional Services At Downtown Landlords & Estate we offer our tenants temporary storage and movers! Prices will be discussed with the landlord assigned to you, depending on different aspects of the assignment! Rights Downtown Landlords & Estate hold the right to confiscate up to 100% of the deposit if the return of a property is deemed to be vandalized, damaged, or requires excessive cleaning & repairs. Downtown Landlords & Estate hold the right to cancel an agreement if the tenant get's imprisoned, doesn't pay the rent, using the property for criminal activities etc. Downtown Landlords & Estate holds the right to record all phone conversations for future learning. Once a verbal agreement has been made, the tenant has 48 hours to cancel if changing mind. In case that doesn't happen, the tenant is charged a fee of $5000.
