Elio Cafarella born and raised in the city of Los Santos, Downtown Vinewood. Despite his troubles past and involvement in criminal activites, Elio Cafarella found solace and passion in cutting people's hair. His skills quickly gained popularity in the neighborhood earning him the nickname ''Playboy''. However, Elio's immersion in the dangerous criminal activities brought him a lot of trouble. 

Even after experiencing multiple gunshot wounds and spending time in juvenile detention, Elio couldn't bring himself to quit the dangerous lifestyle. He actively associated himself with the Down Insane Gangsters, the second-largest clique in the area. Unfortunately, his inablity to break free from this dangerous path ultimately led to his downfall.

 

On the fateful date of his death, Elio found himself entagled in a planned robbery orchestrated by members of Down Insane Gangsters. Despite his young age and lack of a driver's license, Elio was assigned the task of handling the getaway vehicle. As he neared the location he was supposed to wait, he was unexpectedly pulled over by police. Faced with the choise of risking arrest and abandoning the crew and the robbery, Elio made the split-second decision to escape from the police through the familiar alleys he knew so well.

 

Elio's despreate attempt to evade capture resulted in several crashes, into an alley near his neighborhood. This resulted to the arrest of Elio and being accused with heavy charges, such as Drug Trafficking - Class A,  Evading a Peace Officer,  Vehicular Endangerment. 

 

After the release of Elio from San Andreas State Prison, his life goes on with a dangerous lifestyle.
