The Park View Gangster Bloods are a small African-American Street gang located in Los Santos, San Andreas. Their turf stretches from Strawberry Avenue to Capital Blvd. The small street gang originated in the mid-1960’s. The street gang originated as a group of minorities that participated in after school activities that later gained attention by the Los Santos Police Department. The street gang was once known as the Bottom Boyz, which was formed by “ Da’vion Coleman “ and later transitioned into what they are today. The gang's roots are known to have a small impact around the Davis area and are known to feud with rival Crip and Hoover sets. During the upbringing of the African-American street gang, they were known for having block parties and not really getting into much conflict with other sets. They were known around the Davis District for the reputation they held, which is why they had ties with other cliques around the area. The Park View Gangster Bloods are known to be in good standings with other Blood Sets that are located in the Davis area, and even has ties to the East Side of Los Santos. The Park View Gangster Bloods are known to feud with Rival Crip sets due to their history. The Current generation of the Park View Gangster Bloods adapted much of it's daily activities from the founders of the gang and stuck with their original roots.

B-Team
The Park View Gangster Bloods which were previously and also known as the " Bottom Boyz " never intended to be an affiliated street gang under the Blood umbrella. The Street clique formed together to protect their neighborhood from rival surrounding neighborhoods that were trying to expand their territory and claim it as their own. The Bottom Boyz had a street code to follow. They were told to handle conflict internally a certain way. Instead of stepping up to each other, they were told to talk it out. They were told to not feud with any other Blood sets as that was their only allies at the time. They were also told to not sexually Assault women and to treat their elderly's with respect. During the 1970's, other gangs started to form, and they didn't follow this code, everything was running rapid. "Le'vell Green" and a few of the other originating members of the African-American street gang had to make the tough decision a few years after forming the clique. The quick decision was made due to the street gang being surrounded in the heart of numerous Crip territory which made being from the neighborhood a hostile environment mainly from members that were apart of the clique, but everyone that resided in the area in general. This also caused conflict for the members in school as a lot of the younger members went to Davis High School which was filled with all sorts of Street Gangs. Prior to the street gang being apart of the Blood umbrella, they were known to be mutual or have ties with other sets, especially with the ones that were closer to them. The Park View Gangster Bloods were always known for their functions they had and you'd often see members from other blood affiliated sets attending these events and sharing almost anything with each other.

Gang Tie's & Whack out's
-

After 1990, it appears that the number of broken families in African American families increased significantly. You will see that African Americans have the highest number of single-parent families since 1994. During this period, criminal justice drove out a group of gang members leaving them without the ability off parole to get out of prison, as they would face maximum charges. By committing a crime, you should've simply changed your identity and leave the entire country. Once arrested, you will be immediately sentenced to life in prison without parole. Committing a crime is easy but defeating it is difficult, because if you are caught it means you have a lot of clear evidence that you have committed a crime. Because there is still a crack epidemic, gang wars over money are still at a fever pitch, and young fathers are killed in street fights over money, territory, and respect for an area, which everyone lost in the end.

Modern Day Banging

Gang banging just isn't what it use to be what it was during the 1990's. There was structure, there was a street code that you had to follow. Now... in the African-American Street gang culture, this is close to non-existent.  During the previous time period, the gangs roots where molded by other members of the gang that didn't want the future of the gang to be what it was today. Now, that street code is loosely followed depending on what hood your describing from the Davis area. Now, gangs don't really user Tattoo's to distinguish themselves. It's still used today, but not as heavy in the African-American culture. You'd see members from the street gang with Baseball symbols representing what gang they claim and sometimes an obvious indicator when looking for a rival. As Technology has advanced from then, you can now see majority of the gang members flaunting their association to the gang on social media. They often user these platforms to flaunt off their lifestyles and to often show their living better then what it seems. The Los Santos Police Department often user this to their advantage as the younger members that aren't as Intune as the other members tend to slip up and drop valuable information. The younger generation of these street gangs tend to not follow their program and often beef with other members that are allies to their gang for personal reasons. People who don't really care about their enemies decide to tattoo their enemies' logos and cross them on their faces. These are the people who were able to do the dirty work against this particular group shooting, stabbing, beatings. However, these people can easily give up the gang when getting caught. Gang units look for tattoos whenever they arrest people from low-income areas because it is easy to determine which gang they belong to and how closely affiliated they are with that gang. This includes baseball teams, and soccer teams.
