The founding crew is made up of a group of Polynesian former gang members that developed into organized career criminals over the course of several years. New members are usually characters who have survived growing up in local Polynesian gangs (SOS, TCG, MBZ, etc.) and have settled into whatever illegal rackets that sustain them into adulthood.
