We take pride in our work and are currently in an expansive phase. We therefore look for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Description You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience at our dealership. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer inquiries, whether in-person or via phone promptly and accurately. Provide information about our vehicle inventory and pricing, Schedule and coordinate test drives and vehicle appointments. Assist customers with the completion of paperwork and documentation. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
