Party Bus On The Run! Stolen Coach In Pursuit

On the 28th of July, We were observing the end of a pursuit on Legion Square when sirens could be heard approaching. The last thing anyone was expecting to see was a coach being tailed by numerous law enforcement vehicles. The chase proceeded into Davis where it continued dangerously for a while before heading to Popular Street. After a while it again returned to Davis. It rounded a block and then entered the back alley near the gas station where numerous people were waiting on foot.

The coach nearly hit pedestrians as it drove into the alley and stopped permanently. It seemed that the driver had fled the scene first, though the many passengers stayed behind. No driver was identified on scene, though her nickname was given to deputies on scene. Questioning halted abruptly when fights broke out and beanbags had to be deployed for crowd control. We were able to locate the owner of the bus that was stolen who said he had left his coach parked at Legion Square when it was stolen by strangers. It has since been returned to him.
