  1. Kriminal Lokos 13 The Kriminal Lokos 13 also known as Southside Kriminal Lokos or T4K is a chiefly Mexican-American street gang located and operating in Rancho, South Los Santos. The group debuted in the late-2010s as the tag-banging crew, Time 4 Krime (T.4.K). Initially inspired by many of the various active and defunct tag-banging crews that had operated in the area, T4K quickly developed a unique culture of its own. The group began to gain a significant amount of influence within their community and on the outside as members began making moves within the San Andreas Department of Corrections while incarcerated. Today, the Kriminal Lokos is one of the fastest-growing groups in South Los Santos due to its appeal to the neighborhood’s youth. The group has recently popped up on the radars of law enforcement agencies due to its rapid rise. Humble Beginnings Time 4 Krime began as a small crew with just a few members, mostly made up of local juvenile teenagers from Rancho. Some of the most notable members of the initial group include but are not limited to; Chino Rios, Roach Lopez, Scar Munoz, Flaco Hernandez, Bullet Rojas, and Heartbreaker Guzman. The group surfaced quickly and gained recognition for the extensive vandalism of property with spray paint. The Los Santos Police Department believes that T4K was responsible for over $80,000 in property damage in just a few short years. The crew found themselves in a deadly conflict with Avalon Gangster Crips which originated from a tagging dispute. The conflict reached a boiling point when Avalon Crips targeted T4K member James “Chino” Rios in a drive-by shooting. Rios was shot six times before being rushed to the hospital. Following this incident, the crew adopted a more aggressive stance in defending themselves. Many of the original members are now either incarcerated or deceased, giving rise to a new generation. Modern Times Due to a multitude of conflicts the group had involved themselves in, they began to focus more on proving themselves as a serious crew as opposed to many of the smaller pushover groups in the area. Members started pushing small amounts of narcotics and gradually increased their supply. They shifted their focus from tagging to selling narcotics and using drug money to fund their illegal interests. This often included the purchase of firearms in order to defend themselves from significantly larger groups. In early November 2021, after a lengthy investigation by law enforcement agencies, James Rios and other T4K affiliates were arrested in a raid for drug trafficking and an extensive list of various other drug-related charges. Shortly after, T4K appeared on the Mexican Mafia’s radar after garnering fair amounts of influence within Rancho. This upcoming did not go unnoticed by law enforcement and other gangs, leading to a heated conflict with other crews and gangs in the area including D.I.A, L.O.A.S, Rollin 20s, Traviesos, and various crip sets. In January 2023, T4K member Rico ‘Scar’ Munoz was murdered while on his way to a birthday party in what law enforcement labeled to be a ‘gang hit’ (R.I.P). After the gang endured these bloody conflicts and numerous members being incarcerated the crew adopted the thirteen, showing allegiance to the Mexican Mafia and formerly becoming known as the Southside Kriminal Lokos 13. Following Richard 'Rambo' Hernandez's incarceration for the murder of a peace officer, law enforcement carried out a series of raids and warrants along Jamestown Street, arresting and locking up numerous gang members, this led to a period where more than half of the gang was incarcerated on the inside. Local youth has been consumed by the gang lifestyle and the heavy influence it holds in the area. The police presence in the area has doubled since the gang’s rise, frequently receiving calls of teenagers vandalizing property with spray paint. The area is considered to be a hot spot for drug trafficking and murder. Law enforcement stated that the overdose rates in the area are doubling. Today, the Kriminal Lokos 13 are one of the fastest-growing gangs in Rancho, gaining notoriety throughout South Los Santos.
