  1. Alley Tiny Criminals 13 (SSVATC13) had originally started out as a small time tag-banging crew known as ATC (Addicted to Crime) although had quickly changed paths quickly and became a gang all of their own, this is when Alley Tiny Criminals was born. The Alley Tiny Criminals gang otherwise known as ATC are known to share streets with neighboring gangs such as Rollin 30s Harlem Crip, Fruit Town Brim & the 211 Criminals Gang however no alliance or association with Fruit Town Brim has been confirmed although ATC are known to be neutral with Rollin 30s and the 211 Criminals Gang. The gang is known to have several sub-sets including Vermont Locos, King Park Locos, 37th Street, Tokers, King Boulevard & Spooky Lane Locos. The Alley Tiny Criminals gangs are also known for their violent tendencies which has been shown on numerous occasions against their ever growing list of rivals, a list that includes gangs like Harpys 13, Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, Street Villains 43rd Street, 18th Street and 46th Street. On the streets of Los Santos, the Alley Tiny Criminals gang are known for their violence in numbers and their graffiti which is second best to none considering the gang was built on the foundations of a tagger crew. As mentioned above, the gang we now know as Alley Tiny Criminals 13 was once a tagger crew which proclaimed to be better and above the ordinary gangbangers on the street although when it got down to it they were much the same as any other gang member on the street, engaging in group activity along with wearing their own colors and fighting on the street. At the time the tag crew was predominantly African American with only some Latinos rolling with them however with gangs popping up more and more frequently, a large majority of the Addicted to Crime tag crew split off into either different tag crews in other parts of the city or gangs on the street such as the Rollin 20s or Fruit Town due to them being situated nearby in ATC's area, however the remaining individuals in Addicted to Crime decided on doing it their own way and ultimately became Alley Tiny Criminals, this is the change of path the gang took to get to where they are now, a well numbered and violent predominantly Latino street gang with a large stronghold in the city around 39th Street, Little Bighorn Avenue & N/E Jamestown Street. The late 1990s & early 2000's were among the bloodiest times for the gang as Los Santos' gang problem only grew worse with time, with new gangs popping up in and around the areas of South Central and East Los Santos, however the catalyst for gang activity popping up was more around the regions of South Los Santos at the time. The north-eastern side of Jamestown Street and the surrounding areas then and even still now to some degree was home to a few different gangs which ranged all the way from Alley Tiny Criminals, 18th Street, East Coast Neighborhood Crips, and Piru sets which were showing up more frequently at the time. It was common for fights to break out between the gangs and would even happen daily depending on the prior acts inflicted by a rival set which was used as fuel for the fire, such acts could involve beatings, robberies and even shootings which would call for action to be taken by the opposing gang which would probably explain the ferocious violent crimes which took place around South Los Santos. Law enforcement officials detailed that there was approximately 1,031 arrests made from 1998 to 2003 and in just five years from the approximation of arrests there was over 400 reported cases of shootings, around 190 of them fatal. Out of the 1,031 arrests made over the time period, a leading figure within the Alley Tiny Criminals 13 gang named Jorge "Panic" Nunez was caught on five charges with one of them being second degree murder, this divided some members from the Spooky Lane Locos clique after the events of Jorge Nunez' crime shocked many of the gangs affiliates and made situations tense for months after Jorge's arrest. It wasn't until things had died down that the clique started to get back on it's feet with older members of the gang stepping up and filling the shoes of their predecessors. As time went on the gang grew more and more notable attention from law enforcement, with daily checks and routines being carried out, known members of the gang would be lined up against walls or sidewalks and their current belongings ran through, graffiti was another main focus for law enforcement as the Alley Tiny Criminals were known for their broad strike-ups and could be easily identified by their manner of vandalism. The presence of law enforcement rapidly started to effect the gangs income and only then was it that the gang decided to branch out of their own neighborhood and started getting more involved in robberies & home invasions, using various different family members homes as refuge around the city from time to time however this didn't last very long as members found it too risky to do on a daily basis and weren't willing to make things worse, they had no choice but to wait out the laws heavy presence and make money however they could quietly on the side, it didn't take long before law enforcement began to focus elsewhere. BACKYARD LOCAS (BYLS) is an all-female clique within the S/S Varrio Alley Tiny Criminals 13 (SSVATC13) street gang, located in Northeast Rancho; nicknamed the Low Bottoms. The clique originally came to fruition in the early 2000s, known as Backyard Alley Girls (BYGS) at first. The Backyard Alley Girls was mainly known for being the only active female clique at its time, making the clique quite a decent size of roughly 15-20 female gang members and gang bangers. Alejandra Coronel a/k/a Sad Girl was the clique's original founder, alongside Paola Jimenez a/k/a Diabla and Daniela Arakelyan a/k/a Lil Blue. During the early 2000s the Backyard Alley Girls were known for beefing with the 86 East Coast Crip (86ECC) all female clique known as Girlz N Tha Hood (GTH), these two cliques beefing each other ended up causing the war between the 86 East Coast Crips and S/S Alley Tiny Criminals 13 all that much worse, often setting males up from either side and killing them themselves, or even attacking other female and male gang members head on with drive-bys and bladed weapons. During the late 2000s, Alejandra Coronel a/k/a Sad Girl was shot and killed by Shanice Walker a/k/a Lady Getdown#3 from the 86 East Coast Crips. This marked a horrific time in history for the Backyard Alley Girls, and from 2009 to 2013 shootings were more regular between the two girl cliques than anything else, until the Los Santos Police Department decided to put a gang injunction on the two neighborhoods. It's quite unclear when the Backyard Alley Girls switched to the Backyard Locas as their clique moniker, but it's assumed to be somewhere between 2012-2014 as that's when a lot of BYGS tags started fading out and BYLS tags became more of a common trend within the S/S Alley Tiny Criminals 13 territory. Between 2014-2027 the Backyard Locas made quite a name for themselves in the Low Bottoms area of Rancho, as the war with the 86 East Coast Crip still continued even though the injunctions were put in place, and were one of the core aspects alongside Spooky Lane for applying pressure against the 86 East Coast Crip, and eventually muscling into their territory, eventually claiming most of it as their own. Not much public information is known about the Backyard Locas other than the fact they were a core aspect in the war against the East Coast Crip, and being the goto all-female clique within the S/S Alley Tiny Criminals 13 street gang.
