  1. Terror On Your Side Origin Started from a group of young delinquents who harbored their own backgrounds throughout the city of Los Santos, some emerging from poverty-ridden backgrounds in the ran-down parts of South Central and few merging from the wealthy parts such as Rockford Hills and Vinewood. The group was established in the mid-2010s originally banded together to protect them from the many other drug dealer crews and gangs in Los Santos, The small street crew with a hierarchy was founded by Cartier Diaz at the top with Jalen Clarkson. The duo was accompanied by Jaylen Stanford and Kayvon Carrson the group of childhood friends started off by trying to move away from their illegal ways of making money by investing in something legal. The group combined all of their money and purchased a strip club, for a short while they stayed out of trouble and made themselves a legal income until their past caught up with them. The need for money forced the group to break up into crews, Cartier was overseeing the whole group, Jalen was in charge of distribution, and Jaylen alongside Kayvon was put in charge of taking out the unnecessary problems. The crew operates all throughout Los Santos and aims to make money rather than start problems, it is for time to tell where the crew will end up. Operations within Los Santos While most of the group's income comes from supplying narcotics to other groups, they currently have and are working on expanding their legal income. The group currently owns one strip club but is working on expanding throughout the whole Los Santos. The goal they are aiming for is, fifty percent of the income will come from the legal part which is ran by a certain group and can be used as a cover up for the illegal side. While on the illegal side they plan on getting the money used from illegal trades to then launder it through the legal side and turn the income into completely legal income. For the most part the group already stays off the police's radar but, with all the things they are currently doing it can be very easy to get caught up in problems with the law. For the most part the group looks like a bunch of outgoing legal guys, they don't talk about the things they do to outsiders and keep everything they do in their circle. The higher ranking members don't disclose any information, they either only let people know their nicknames or completely just live off a fake identity. The group has been around for a while but has kept a low profile. The group is a ruthless one and is not one to be messed with, it's displayed by the way they operate.
  2. WEST SIDE CONNECTION I. INTRODUCTION Ortiz & Associates also known as the West Side Connection is an Organized Crime Group based out of West Los Santos. The group is alleged to be actively involved in various illegal activities ranging from money laundering, extortion, drug trafficking, illegal gambling and prostitution. The members of this group are reported to come from a wide mixture of different ethnicities and backgrounds. Established in the late 2000s, Ortiz & Associates thrived as a result of the West Coasts lucrative drug trade and various illegal gambling operations based throughout Los Santos and its surrounding areas. Despite involvement in a much larger range of activities, drug distribution and illegal gambling can be described as the back bone of the organizations income. II. THE BEGINNING In 2014, the group decided to expand their business and increase their opportunities. Alejandro "Montana" Ortiz, Dontae Brisbane and their associates began working alongside a local cartel cell operating in Los Santos under the Beltrán-Leyva Cartel. However it quickly became too much for the group to handle as they struggled to distribute the levels of stock expected from them. This resulted in a lot of carelessness and excessive risk taking to stay afloat. These small mistakes and a now much higher financial bring in attracted the attention of local law enforcement. The organization continued business unbeknownst of any acquired tail and watched their customer base rise. Methods to further increase profits were explored and a brief investigation quickly turned into a federal case after solid-based cocaine containing fentanyl was pumped into Korea town leading to the death of a young teenage boy, James Sok. III. A FRESH START In November of 2017, Alejandro "Montana" Ortiz and Dontae Brisbane were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigations along with their associate Oswaldo Melendez. Another associate within the organization known by the street moniker of “Stacks" cooperated with the authorities to secure himself a favorable plea deal. A total of five of the groups associates were incarcerated for drug related charges ranging from intent to supply to trafficking alongside firearm possession charges. Varying sentences from eight to ten years were handed down. A lack of evidence against Alejandro Ortiz, Dontae Brisbane, and Oswaldo Melendez found them acquitted. While Melendez walked away a completely free man, Ortiz and Brisbane found themselves being taken down for a series of smaller offences including aggravated assault and are set to be released in the fall of 2021.
  3. Introduction The city of Los Santos, the city where dreams are made of. A rapidly growing city, where the worlds of crime and greed collide constantly. This vibrant city located in San Andreas has been a major melting pot for a wide range of ethnicities and cultures from around the world. Los Santos provides many attractive opportunities for those who seek them. The times have changed, and now globalized crime has a major impact on modern society. Crime seems to dictate everything from top level institutions to local communities. Money, power, and personal ambition, being the backbone to today's society. Los Santos, like many other metropolitan cities, attracts all kinds of ambitious and hardworking people looking for a better life. This further attracts a wide variety of individuals who are willing to make a profit from another man's dream. Only the strong survive. White Collar Crime A white collar crime is a crime that is often committed by a professional that involves some type of fraud or deception that results in financial gain to the perpetrator or others. This type of crime is dubbed as white collar due to the professional standing of the perpetrator. These individuals often have a respected position in the community, such as a money manager, financial planner, banker, accountant, business owner, or something related to those fields. These types of crimes are often committed by those of a higher socioeconomic status. Due to this characteristic, these types of criminals often have the ability to pay more for their defense which often results in greater outcomes for the defendants than in the case of other lower socioeconomic criminal groups. White collar crimes may not result in the same type of physical injuries as other crimes may, they may still result in significant consequences such as economic difficulties. The motivation behind these crimes are in the end solely financial—to obtain and refrain from losing money, property, services, and secure personal or business opportunities. The Burton Syndicate The Burton Syndicate has remained underground since the moment its founding members decided to collaborate together. There are no public details regarding the Syndicate as there has been no official records available that could track down anyone involved in the network. The Burton Syndicate runs a decentralized criminal network in Los Santos, where each founding member within the firm has a right to share its opinion. The Burton Syndicate has managed to avoid the attention of the LSPD so far. The group relies on closed network groups, always encouraged to keep their business endeavours underground. Due to their utmost secrecy, the Syndicate has managed to remain untouched by the LSPD due to the scope of its operations. The criminal organization mainly focuses on money laundering, fraud, investment schemes, drug trafficking, and gun trafficking. Always discreet, no news is always good news. OOC Section This faction aims to portray a group of associates, all from different lifepaths with no ethnic or locational preference. All share a common goal – acquisition of wealth. Nevertheless, we expect our associates/members to provide a certain level of knowledge revolving around the underground criminal world. Due to the nature of the faction, using violence to further one’s goals will be frowned upon, both OOCly and ICly except in certain extreme circumstances where no other viable option is available. If you are looking to get engaged in a more traditional illegal organization where violence is more commonly roleplayed, then the Burton Syndicate isn't for you! The recruitment shall be conducted strictly ICly and will not be a speedy 1-2 week process, as such we expect all interested parties who intend to join to be capable of initiating their own contact and developing their characters without the aid of the faction. If you have any questions or wish to join our Discord, feel free to contact me through forum PMs or contact me on Discord — Dr.Gonzo#5188 (Creds to .George for the idea)
  4. The Black Car The Black Car started in the 1950s-60s era, the Black Panthers played a huge role in the making of the Blacks inside of the County Jail. Los Santos was a place known for having a corrupted Police Department with the main goal of all of the Department is to make arrest. Twin Towers is were people of all races in the LS County would be placed, from Asians, Mexicans, Whites, and Blacks. After making this car the main purpose was to attempt to keep all street-gangs and groups together, to fight back against the Mexicans in a on-going Race War. Although there was a reason of this being made for years they were doing fine, until modern days were you have the younger generation twist and break the rules. The current Black Car leader Gerald "OG Lil' Mac" McNeil from the Eight Tray Gangster Crips has been in the system for a long-time, he's seen the in and outs and is the one appointed to for everyone, he stands neutral even being from one of the most hated gangs in Los Santos County. The Prison Cars One of the most powerful Cars of the Prison is considered to be La Eme with around ten-thousand members including into the system from different cell-blocks, they are the biggest due to most being arrested on the Alien Clause and being illegal immigrants. Asian Car there isn't much of a problem with the Asians and the Black Car they share the same side of the Pod and don't share much interaction with each other, but they respect their boundaries. The White Car this is most likely the least powerful group but most dangerous, most of the people in this Car being from the Aryan Brotherhood a very dangerous Prison Gang from all-over the world. The Bloods And Crips The known African-Americans street-gangs like the Bloods And Crips have their own system of cards. You have the Gangster Crips, 2x Crips, 4x Crips, Hoover Card and the Blood Card, most of these card are enemies of each other on the outside besides the Gangster Crips and the Hoovers, this cards are to have sections who people that are under these gangs report to on the outside. These cards are one of the reasons The Black Car isn't strong as they beef with each other and provoke each other. Outside of the prisons Gangster Crips, and Bloods may beef but on the inside they are close together, as well as the Hoovers. The 2x Crips and the 3x Gangster Crips have been in a war with each other for over forty years, which is another reason for the card splitting down The Black Car. The Black Table When thinking about The Black Table you must be thinking about the table in Twin Towers really this is a group of people from every card, its two representatives from each card, that are neutral to all cards, usually the older folks of street-gangs, these people have meetings and speak on the Gun and Drug Trade between the street-gangs. You can considered them an organized crime group but they aren't they are a bunch of people who speak on problems in and out, and exclude themselves from wars between the younger generation of street-gangs. OOC Information This factions main focus is to portray a realistic aspect of the Black side of the County Jail young generation based and old-school based, there will be a split down the middle but one person that everyone appoints to as the leader of the Car, breaking any TTCF rules made by admins will be taken into caution, and will end with people being removed from the faction and even killed if causing problems with other cars. There will be a drug and gun trade system for everyone to make money by showing a good example for your street-gang on the inside. The Black Car will receive permissions to characters to people who claim the Car and has done things with people in the Car that can put others in danger.
