"Where poverty prevails, crime is nothing more than a job opportunity." With the long-standing problem in Latin American countries, there have always been endless waves of immigrants to the US. Not a novelty and a fairly common lifestyle nowadays, a simple guy raised in a very classic Colombian cultural style has worked his way out of his country and gone in search of opportunities in the promised paradise of LS, where for endless years organized crime has prevailed in the darkness of the shadows representing a myriad of ethnic and cultural ways. Today, the local gossip frequents names and surnames in particular, depending too much but you hear both bad and good things referring mostly to how a small group of Colombian neighbors settled in Spanish Av have been causing a stir in the surrounding area, either by their loud music all day and night, their constant problems such as fights, and more acts that results in activity the whole day and night. Among all those rumors there is always a surname that will lead and that is Garces, a man who naturally as a leader and without knowing absolutely nothing has begun to plant its bases in this small neighborhood, linking in an assertive way with the surrounding neighbors. Because of Garces' representative mentality, it was inevitable that as soon as he arrived on the streets of LS, he began to search his way through both the streets and everything legal that could accept a person like him. Demonstrating wherever he went to be a person very rooted to his beliefs and culture, following strict codes of respect for work, punctuality, decency and respect for everyone, which he preserves even in the most turbulent and adrenaline moments, where he differs from other criminals of his ilk.
