I get this same issue when I'm in an interior with other people, usually have to relog to fix it. Even when I'm trying to F1 and close the game, there's massive amounts of input lag.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : To start things off, Jeremy Ha was sitting in his car in Rockford when Nicolas hopped in his car and tried to rob him. Jeremy informed him this was a rulebreak after escaping the situation. Once Jeremy Ha made it back to Little Seoul, he hopped in my car and informed me and Victoria that somebody just stole his car. We had him use his anti-theft to pinpoint the car's location, right in the middle of the Del Perro parking lot near the pier. We pull up and see Nicolás Montoya driving Jeremy Ha's car, doing donuts in the parking lot. As soon as we pull up nearby his car, he zooms off, no words were exchanged nor could he identify us as Jeremy Ha's friends. We start following him but are greeted by gunshots. I don't believe he roleplayed shooting from a vehicle, much less did he have an actual reason TO shoot us. Ended up with Jeremy Ha getting arrested and my character possibly facing a murder charge.This player is a habitual rulebreaker, I shouldn't have to face repercussions because he's not here to RP.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Hey, was involved in a gunfight with Ayren Mosley and Markael Hunt recently. Found it strange Ayren landed nothing but headshots on me but it makes sense now, seeing as Nervous banned Ayren Mosley for Cheating. I'd just like my SIG P320 w/ an extended magazine refunded, seeing as this was an unfair circumstance playing against somebody who has to cheat to win.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Very simple report. I engaged in a gunfight with their group, killing Markael Hunt and dying to Ayren Mosley while he died as well. While I'm laid out on the asphalt, Markael Hunt accepts death and respawns just to swap to his alt Jeffery Wong (confirmed by having the same Player ID 50), RPs dragging Ayren Mosley's body into his car and drives off. This group is known for having zero roleplay and seeking out reasons to DM people, this is just a case of them losing a gunfight but using alts to loot their own bodies, seeing as they have three active reports on them.
Accusation 1 (50 words): Markael Hunt died then swapped to his alt, Jeffery Wong, to take the bodies from the shootout scene and drive off.
