No ERP before marriage

I appreciate the work from LFM and I have a ton of respect for what they do on a daily basis ruling every single aspect of the legal system of our server which tries to implement very advanced real-life systems, however, I have to dissent in fear for law RP as a whole. I will say that I RP three characters within JSA, a defense criminal attorney, a prosecutor, and a judge. No one has ever reached me in terms of discussing this implementation, only a very secluded range of players, which are mostly prosecutors or characters who have an alt inside any LEO Faction. It has been brought to them unfairly, disregarding what others may think about it. The retrospective approach from the LFM team was very unprofessional, to say the least. Not only do you exclude the 99% of the population who is currently RP'ing here (not to mention that those who were called didn't handle a single case by themselves in years), but you refuse to take any feedback as a whole when we addressed this issues, the solution is not putting a gag into everyone's mouth or divert it to 'suggestions', only to reply after a week saying that nothing will be changed. With the current state of affairs, the faction is sadly going to die as every sane lawyer, who are the pillar of this faction, are going to quit, not to mention the number of innocents that are going to be forced to plea guilty because peace officer just found it funny to arrest him. Those we stick around and put on work have warned what could come to this and it has fallen on deaf ears. It's time to reap what you sow.

Kappa, you know very well that many counts that Peace Officer issue are maliciously charged. If anything, part of the blame is on them and how poorly they articulate a case. You're also the Chief Public Defendant, I hoped you could provide some advocacy for the People you represent instead of letting your Sergeant character steal the show.

The path that LFM is taking against JSA should be reversed inmediatly otherwise this faction is going to disappear in less than a month. The general feeling is that they want the faction closed. The new rules are unnapealing, presents a lot of gaps, doesn't address the issues that the actual Court System had yet creates more, and the worst thing of all is that none of this was consulted with the faction as a whole, mostly two faction leaders, one of which left the faction one day before this setback. It all started with civil cases, where suing a peace officer is almost impossible. 'Suspicious' arrests began increasing and now pleading not guilty is disabled. This rules favor LEO's ans prosecutors to do whatever they want as defendant's are not given the tools to even mount a credible defense. This rules need to be overturned ASAP and LFM or Management must step before it's too late, and begin to actually take note from us.

It has ended on allegations! This whole situation is fucked up up from the SD to the Judge, this Foster mfer is the same who said recording at a police station is harassment under the law. Probable one of the sanest communities within the server, mostly free off toxicity. The scene got creative and dedicated members around with impressive management pulling up a lot of unnapreciated work. It's very overlooked. Unfortunately MMA's are not that much of a masses sport like others around yet still receives enough feedback to create a good RP atmosphere. It's here sometimes desilusiotating for many people to begin cuz of how hard it can be to start from scratch against pepole who have been around for years and master the script but it definently deserves a shot. Admins or LFM in general should give perks or more budget to promoters and it would encourage a lot more people to try harder. Big s/o to everyone involved for keeping it real.

All of what's been told in this police raid are allegations and no facts whatsoever, it was done on the 'belief' that they would find something fishy. It's nothing but negligence from the Los Santos Sheriff's Department but what can you expect of them at 2k24. I hope the truth is uncovered but if this ends on 'allegations', heads are going to roll out of a massive lawsuit.
