Hello, hope everyone has been well and in good health.
Following an intensive review of the situation as well as looking through the report party's recent actions, it seems that their actions are inclined more towards trolling. They were even given a chance to explain and elaborate on their point of view; however, evidently, as shown, they've chosen not to and as such, I'll be making a verdict based on the given evidence. I'll start this off by stating that the report party has ALREADY been permanently banned for trolling and the initial situation may have unfolded due to their trolling and as such; I'll be voiding this entirely and the reporting party may go ahead and request for a refund. With this, the report has been closed.

Good evening! Today is the 5/OCT/2023, the players were notified on 22/SEP/2023, I believe that they were given enough time to reply to this topic; however, no replies were given so we're going to have to make a verdict based on the given video. In the provided evidence, it is clear that that Mikhail had indeed been rushing deliveries without a single line of RP to be shown.
An administrative punishment of 30 minutes ajail shall be given to Mikhail. In the meantime, I recommend that Mikhail spends a little more time going through the server rules and understanding them before rejoining the server, so as to be aware of the server rules and how to proceed and make their time and everyone else's time a little more enjoyable.

Given that the players have been notified on 09/SEP/2023 and now it is 22/SEP/2023, with approximately 13 days for them to reply, I believe we shall have to move forward with a verdict without taking into account their side, given that they haven't even given one despite being sent notifications regarding the forum complaint.Following a review of all the items provided in the complaint, I have realized that there are two rule breaches. One, that is being poor escalation, the reporting party was kicking someone on the ground and they weren't even armed to begin with. Keion Ingram jumping to a conclusion of pulling out their firearm and shooting the reporting party to their death is poor escalation and DM, specially that in this instance, you outnumbered them. It was you, Keion, and Yolanda versus the reporting party.
I have also realized that Yolanda Pousa has opted to use the mask name feature without utilizing any mask items that would realistically cover up her facial region, which is against the rules.
Yolanda Pousa is currently banned for ban evading and Keion Ingram shall receive a 60 minute admin jail for their poor escalation and DMing in that specific situation. In the meantime, I advise the reported individuals to take some time out and go over the server rules to ensure that you remain to be updated and understand them. Should you have any questions regarding the rules, please do not hesitate to reach out to me on discord.

Good morning! Hope that everyone is well and in good health.
Following a review of all the report's contents as well as the evidence provided, you can clearly see that Elijah Morgan has attempted to provoke a reaction out of the deputy for no reason and then followed that provocation with fist fights and a relatively aggressive behavior through an attempt to climb onto their bike and ram off the coroners, as well.
Crime scenes or scenes where there are expected to be high traffic of LEOs should be played out rather thoughtfully, thinking through the entire process of the situation. Attempting to start a fight with a deputy at a crime scene for no reason is indeed poor escalation and then proceeding with the entire situation by throwing down fists, as the initiating individual, could be viewed as DM, as there was no reason for the fight to even take place. Then situation escalated from just fist fights to Elijah getting on their bike and attempting to ram off the coroners, escalating to VDM. Throughout the entirety of the situation, Elijah Morgan was seen as the initiator/aggressor and they always had the option to leave; however, opted not to.
Also, when given a chance to explain their side of the story; the gave the one reply and did not respond to any other questions directed to them and avoided elaborating further on why their character has chosen to do what they've done.
With all the above being said, we shall be concluding this forum report by issuing a three day temporary ban for "General non-RP, poor escalation, DM and VDM." Throughout this period, Elijah Morgan is highly encouraged to go through the server rules and read theme once more and understand where they've went wrong so as to avoid it from happening in the future. -
Final verdict shall be issued within 24 hours of this post.

Hope everyone has been doing well and is in a good health.
Following a review of the screenshots provided as well as the narrative and circumstances that have been surrounding the situation it would be logical to assume that Najeem would be part of the aforementioned gang. This has been further supported by Najeem hanging out with different known and affiliated gang members as well as continuing to do in times of conflict and war. I understand where Wardell Moore is coming from and see why they would assume that you were part of said gang. Hanging out with the wrong crowd, definitely has its consequences, and getting struck by them during a drive by would make sense.
Regardless, with this, I believe that the complaint i s now officially closed. I do not see that any actions need to be taken here; however, in the future, Wardell Moore, I would advise you to seek other methods of escalation rather than jumping straight towards killing and shooting someone, specially, someone who is considered an unconfirmed member. Further RP and investigation should've been conducted in this situation and scenario and I believe that other methods of escalation could've probably been utilized here.

Najeem Mitchell was seen on numerous occasions with known affiliates of the 104 faction, a faction we were in an active war with.
This is not the only occasion Najeem was spotted with known affiliates, we also saw him hanging with them just an hour or so before we killed him.
In short, I thought Najeem was a member of the gang or an affiliate of them as he was seen hanging around with them on numerous occasions. 1- You've stated that Najeem was spotted hanging out with a certain group. My question is, how many times have Najeem been spotted hanging out with them and over how long?
2- In your description of the hit, it seems relatively vague. It appears that there are no other descriptions that have been provided to help pin-point who you were conducting a hit against.
